The comfortable living room is filled with natural light and designed for easy vacation living. Relax together after a day at the beach, enjoy a movie, or open the sliding doors and step onto the private covered balcony for fresh coastal air and side views toward the Atlantic Ocean.

The living room also features a queen sleeper sofa that accommodates up to two guests, creating a third sleeping space and allowing Beach Club 432 to comfortably host up to six.

One of the condo's most enjoyable features is its balcony access. The living room, primary bedroom, and guest bedroom all open to the covered balcony, giving everyone an opportunity to enjoy the coastal setting throughout the stay.

Kitchen & Dining

The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to enjoy everything from a quick breakfast before heading to the beach to a relaxed dinner at the condo. Stainless steel appliances, generous cabinetry, counter space, a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, cookware, and everyday kitchen essentials provide the conveniences needed throughout your stay.

The adjoining dining area offers a comfortable gathering place for meals, morning coffee, or planning the day's St. Simons Island adventures.

Bedrooms & Sleeping Arrangements

The primary bedroom features a king bed, television, private balcony access, and an ensuite bathroom. It provides a peaceful retreat at the end of a day spent exploring the island.

The guest bedroom offers a queen bed, television, and its own access to the covered balcony. A full hall bathroom is conveniently located nearby.

For additional guests, the living room includes a queen sleeper sofa, providing sleeping accommodations for up to two people. This gives Beach Club 432 three distinct sleeping spaces while maintaining the comfort and privacy of its two-bedroom layout.

Bathrooms

The spacious primary ensuite bathroom includes a dual vanity, soaking tub, and separate tiled walk-in shower.

The guest bathroom is located off the hall near the guest bedroom and features a tub and shower combination. Its convenient location also allows it to serve guests using the living room sleeper sofa.

Temporary Beach Club Construction Notice

September through December 2026: The Beach Club is scheduled for lower-slope roof replacement work. Some areas may be temporarily inaccessible, and guests should expect periods of construction noise and activity.

Every effort will be made to minimize disruption while maintaining a safe environment for guests, residents, staff, and contractors.

Through Lilmar Vacations' partnership with VayKLife, qualifying reservations of 3 to 21 nights include a $30 per night credit toward beach gear rentals during your stay.
Choose from available bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and other eligible beach gear. Selected items are delivered directly to your vacation property and picked up after your stay, making it easier to enjoy St. Simons Island without bringing everything from home.

Cancellation Policy

For reservations of 29 nights or less:
Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to arrival receive a 100% refund.
Cancellations made 14 to 29 days prior to arrival receive a 50% refund.

For reservations of 30 nights or more:
Cancellations made 60 days or more prior to arrival receive a 100% refund.
Cancellations made 30 to 59 days prior to arrival receive a 50% refund.
