Wonderful apartment in a scenic and serene area. The apartment had every amenity and was beautifully decorated. It is also close to downtown Ithaca and state parks. We had a fabulous stay at the apartment!! We highly recommend this apartment!

The place is as pictured, which is truly lovely. It was comfortable and immaculately clean- I loved that! Usually I avoid walking barefoot at hotels and rentals but this house is clearly cleaned and mopped regularly. Convenient location too. Short drive to town for restaurants and practically next door to Buttermilk State Park for fabulous hiking! Good home base for various cideries, wineries, Cornell campus, Taughannook and Treman State Parks

Super clean, updated, and quiet apartment. I stayed here for Cornell’s reunion. It was such a peaceful location, and it was five min to the Commons and 10 min to Cornell. Loved having coffee in the morning, and they even had to-go cups. Instructions and communication were both excellent, and it was easy to access the unit. Wonderful hosts who were very helpful. It’s super close to Ithaca College, too. I would definitely stay here again if I am back in Ithaca.

Excellent hosts that were very responsive to communication and instructions were crystal clear. Great location - very peaceful with a great view of the valley yet just minutes from downtown, the lake and many gorgeous waterfalls. Parking was available on the driveway- free, easy and accessible. The apartment was clean, nicely updated and well supplied. I would stay here again if I was ever back in town due to the excellent experience.

We really enjoyed staying here. We were impressed by the details of the accommodations, especially the shampoo/conditioner in the shower, which seems rare in short term rentals. We really enjoyed being so close to downtown and would definitely stay here again!
