Current Availability
May 27 – June 25 is currently open and ideal for a 4 week stay. If you see dates blocked on the calendar, don’t hesitate to inquire - some may be flexible. I occasionally hold time for maintenance or between bookings and may be able to accommodate your stay depending on timing.
The home is also available for longer stays later in the year, including fall bookings.
The Space
This 1,500 sq ft two-story townhome is designed for comfort and functionality, especially for longer stays.
The living room includes a reclining sofa and a 65” TV with Roku and YouTube TV. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dishes, and essential appliances for everyday use. A washer and dryer are located inside the walk-in pantry.
There are multiple desk areas throughout the home, making it easy to work remotely.
Sleeping Arrangements
• Downstairs primary area: queen bed, privacy curtains, walk-in closet, and adjacent bathroom with walk-in shower
• Upstairs bedroom: twin bed, futon that converts to a full bed, and a small desk
• Upstairs bedroom: full bed, large desk, and TV
Outdoor Space
The fully enclosed backyard offers a quiet setting with mature trees, a patio, and a gas grill. Outdoor furniture is available and can be set up as needed.
Location
Located in the Continental Country Club area, the home is set in a peaceful residential neighborhood with easy access to walking paths, a golf course, grocery stores, and restaurants.
Parking
Guests may use the attached two-car garage (best suited for standard-size vehicles), the driveway, or free street parking. Seasonal winter parking restrictions apply from November 1 through April 1.
Utilities are included, making this a simple and predictable option for extended stays. After booking, guests receive a detailed guidebook with information about the home and the Flagstaff area.
Guest access
Check-in is through the front door using a keypad. Inside, you’ll find the house key and garage remote, which can be used for garage access for the remainder of your stay. Guests are welcome to use either the front door or garage after check-in.
Other things to note
• Quiet residential setting with shared walls; quiet hours are 10 PM to 8 AM
• Exterior security cameras on the front porch, back patio, and in the garage; none inside
• Fireplace is not available for use
• Some storage areas are reserved for owner use
• No parties, events, smoking, or drug use
