A dune to cross and you are on the sand. This beautiful atypical apartment awaits you for your weeks of vacation. Up to 7 beds, terrace, swimming pool ... comfortable, excellent services.

The apartment is located in a nice and very well maintained condominium. Collective swimming pool regularly cleaned very well maintained green spaces.

It is a duplex on the first and last floor of one of the buildings of the residence. You enter through the terrace which overlooks the swimming pool.
On the ground floor of this apartment is the living room with fitted kitchen. A closed bedroom with double bed and the bathroom are also there.

A staircase will lead you to the mezzanine where the other beds are located.
Namely a double bed, a single bed (the 2 being separated by a partition), and a little further a trundle bed 2 places. Also note the presence of a small balcony upstairs.

For surf lovers, the Santosha spot is 10 minutes' walk away, 15 minutes for the track spot. Hossegor 10 minutes by car.

Close to all shops (shopping centers 10 min by car).
The port of Capbreton and its restaurants are a 15-minute walk away.

2 private parking spaces in a parking lot enclosed by an electric gate.

During the summer season, the rental is from Saturday (4 p.m.) to the following Saturday (10 a.m.).
