Hello,
I rent my apartment located in Portiragnes-beach. It is on the 1st floor of a detached house which has only 2 apartments on the ground floor. The apartment occupies the entire 1st floor. You will benefit from a private courtyard with garden furniture and barbecue for the gentle summer evenings.
It has been totally renovated and offers all modern comforts. It is just 200 meters from the Mediterranean Sea. You can park your car in the private courtyard.
It is made up of a big room to be lived with kitchen opened on stay of 35m2. The living room opens onto a large balcony facing south.
2 large bedrooms with storage and closet will allow you to be comfortable in the apartment. The modern bathroom will seduce you with its space and with its walk-in shower. The toilet is separated.

Portiragnes beach is a seaside resort located between Agde and Béziers. It is a family resort which enjoys a privileged setting. Numerous animations are held throughout the summer for the big ones as for the small ones. The tourist office is 50 meters from the apartment. You will find the calendar of events but also everything that is to be visited in the region. (Pézenas, Agde, Béziers, Montpellier, Sète, Narbonne, Etau de Thau, the gardens of Saint Hadrien, the Lac du Salagou, the Gorges d'Héric, Saint Guilhem the desert, the wine road and many others things!!)

Joli appartement 3pieces

Très bien accueilli. Propriétaires très sympa à l'écoute, serviable. Apparemment propre, très bien équipé, literies de bonne qualités. Situation idéale, tout est à proximité, vous n'avez pas besoin de toucher votre voiture! La plage à 200 - 300 m. Le petit plusss très agréable, le jardinet avec BBQ. Nous reviendrons c'est sûr.

Nous avons passé une très agréable séjour à Portiragnes. L'appartement est rénové avec goût, la literie est de très bonne qualité, tout est conforme à l'annonce. Le propriétaire est super sympa et fait en sorte que le séjour se passe au mieux. Il a même trouvé des vélos enfants lorsqu'il a entendu que nous voulions fire une balade. Merci Baptiste
