About this property

VILLA CIUCIARELLA 300 METERS FROM THE BEACH

Holiday house of 130 m² on a plot of 1400 m², "Ciucciarella" is located at the bottom of the bay of Ajaccio, 15 km south of the airport. At 300 m from the magnificent beach of Agosta, the villa has no vis-à-vis and, facing the mountains, enjoys an absolute calm. The access is via a private driveway overlooking an interior gallery and allowing to park its car in the shade.
The outdoor and indoor facilities are practical and simple, designed for a relaxed holiday adapted to the Corsican heat. Household equipment, very often renewed, is essentially new.
The proximity of the beach of Agosta, the seaside resort of Porticcio at 5 km, and Ajaccio at 20 km, offers a very wide choice of sporting activities (nautical, mountain) and cultural.
The faulty water line in July 2017 was replaced immediately in August 2017.

Maison agréable , jardin arboré, proche de la plage d'Agosta (10mn à pied)

Nous étions 6 personnes adultes, nous avons profité des 2 espaces extérieurs , du barbecue, et des belles chaises longues que l'on pouvait installer à l'ombre des pins ou au soleil selon les goûts. L intérieur de la maison est simple et pratique, la situation est calme et proche de la plage d'Agosta, ce qui permet à chacun de profiter de la mer à son rythme et de ne pas prendre la voiture. Nous avons passé 2 très bonnes semaines.

Belle résidence au calme et proche d'une belle plage non bondée

Très belle propriété, très bien située, proche de la plage et des commerces à pied. Grande et fonctionnelle, rien ne manque, peut être la climatisation en période de forte chaleur. Grande gentillesse des propriétaires avec un très bel accueil ! Idéal pour passer de superbes vacances.

Lovely house, great location

The house is well equipped and set within a peaceful location. It's a great base for a family vacation. Lovely local beach within walking distance- plenty of water sports on offer! Many other beautiful beaches a short drive away. The owner was quick to respond to emails and very helpful. Would definitely recommend.

La maison est idéalement située et plutôt agréable. Les propriétaires gentils et réactifs, mais ils ne sont pas sur place. Cependant, la vétusté des canalisations et les problèmes de pression d'eau posent de sérieux problèmes de confort. Nous avons également eu un chantier et des bruits de construction durant tout le séjour, juste à côté de la maison, ceci, même le dimanche et dès 7h du matin. Deux soucis qui ne nous ont pas permis de goûter à la quiétude attendue durant les vacances.

Merci de votre commentaire, le compteur d'eau ainsi que la canalisation défectueuse ont été changés depuis et sont neufs. Les travaux voisins sont terminés, nous sommes désolés que ce désagrément impondérable ait eu lieu pendant votre séjour.

Sehr gemütliches Haus

Gemütliches und geräumiges Haus mit großem Garten und schöner Terrasse. Zwar leider kein Meerblick, aber nicht mal 10min zum Strand. Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet.
