Unit 74- 1 Bedroom 1 Bathroom Condominium with Partial North Views | This one-bedroom partial north view condo is newly refurnished and redecorated this year! It is located on the seventh floor of our Grande Tower Building overlooking the beach. The views of the Gulf of Mexico from this property are perfect for watching the stunning Siesta Key sunsets. With its great location in the Tower, its just an easy stroll away from the beach. There you can enjoy our white quartz sand, and the Gulfs warm waters. The units living and dining room areas are combined to extend your entertaining space and include a 43" flat screen TV with HD service for your enjoyment. The bedroom has two new queen-size beds with mattresses and another 43" flat screen TV. A tub/shower combination comprises the well-appointed full bathroom; meanwhile, the kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and is fully equipped with all the items you need for meals and drinks (pots/pans, dishes, blender, utensils, toaster, and a Keurig as well as a 12-cup Mr. Coffee brewer). The condo is completely tiled throughout, and the patio is glassed in, the windows do open so you can enjoy the warm tropical breezes. Please note, the pool on the beach shown in the photo is part of the neighboring property.

The location in Siesta Key is great and the trolly that takes you in to town is a nice addition. Unfortunately, we were only there for 4 nights and 2 of the days had the love bugs that were everywhere! The condo was as described. The only complaint that I had was that the hot tub is across the street near another pool. I booked it because it had the hot tub and we never used it.

We checked in later in the day and had to leave early morning as the cleaning crew left widow open an hundreds of love bugs inside the unit and tried to contact the host but they only answered the following day after we left.

Hello Lina, this not what took place, we spoke at 9 am after you checked in after hours, instead of attempting to contact the 24hour security you sent an inquiry email after 5pm when the office was closed, you then would not allow as to address any issues you may have had and chose to just leave, as I explained then, love bugs are yearly natural event that we cannot control and that I was sure it would be over soon( and it was over the next day). We truly hope you have better luck in the future.

The condo is conveniently located to the gorgeous and private beach and lighted pickleball/tennis courts. The condo is well equipped and well decorated. The air conditioning unit was not working at its full capacity leaving the condo warm a lot and our temperatures never exceeded 85 so I can’t imagine in the summer heat how warm it must get inside the condo. Secondly, there is a vent which falls open with no latch which is on the wall directly behind the bedroom door, this also needs repaired. We enjoyed our stay and thank you.

Great location, close to everything! Beautiful beach and chair service. We rented bikes during our stay and that was our main mode of transportation. Riding on the beach or road to where we wanted to go.

Wonderful beach stay

Great view of the beach and great accommodation. The building is undergoing renovations, so down to one elevator, but it wasn’t bad, only once did we have to wait for any significant amount of time. Easy checkin and checkout process. We had a great week!

Tower - Unit 74

Overall we had a great week at Palm Bay Resorts. On Tuesday the 31st of August we had to spent the day/overnight without air conditioning which resulted in an awful nights sleep and a groggy next day. Security staff was friendly and the bayside pool and spa was amazing. Would consider staying here again.

Gorgeous condo - gorgeous view - gorgeous, deep beach

My husband and I had never been to Siesta Key before. I looked through different vacation rentals and decided on this condo through Palm Bay due to location, view, etc. (I later learned my aunt who frequents Siesta Key always stays at the Palm Bay!) Anyhow! It was an incredible stay with incredible views. Check in was easy and the staff very polite. The condo was clean and comfortable. The beach grill was easy to sign up for use. We would absolutely stay here again.

Great girls weekend!

My friend and I wanted a great place to unwind and relax and we had just that! It was just what we needed with the 2 beds and balcony. Loved how the doors/windows opened and our views. It was quiet and we never heard our neighbors. Loved that there were chairs and towels provided for guests! That was perfect! Easy 5 minute Uber/Lyft to the Village for dinner and shopping etc. Everyone was great to work with! Would stay here again next year!

Great Location and view!

Everything was wonderful! Location was perfect and I loved the view from the private balcony! The unit was clean and beautiful. One elevator was down which made it a little harder to come and go. Our Air Conditioning in unit went out and there wasn't anyone around at night to contact to fix it. But besides that it was a great place.
