You will be based in pastoral Middletown while having easy access to all the attractions of Newport. Convenient for graduations, Newport Folk and Jazz Festivals, NYYC regattas, Naval War College events, and Navy Base. Close to Newport mansions and Cliff Walk. Easy access to remote roads perfect for biking/walking, numerous beaches, the Norman Bird Sanctuary, and Sachuest Point National Wildlife Refuge.

The house comfortably sleeps 8 people, with three bedrooms and full bath upstairs, and one downstairs bedroom with private half bath. The kitchen is spacious and well-stocked. The dining room that seats eight people. The living room is airy, with a large-screen TV and plenty of couches.

Relax in the sunny enclosed porch. Play on the grassy acre of land that is perfect for family gatherings and games of badminton, volleyball, or a toss in the horseshoe pit (Lawn games provided).
