Living room has a large tv with cable and a nice sitting area. Upstairs are the 2 other bedrooms equipped with queen beds. There is a full bathroom upstairs along with lounge area that has a twin day bed. Outside there is a deck with a seating area and grill.

Stayed here for a girls night and it was excellent! House was clean and well cared for. We had 6 adults and it fit all of us perfectly!

Beautiful house, fully stocked

Our family of 7 plus one baby stayed here for a destination wedding in Newport. The house is thoughtfully laid out with a well equipped kitchen. Nice quiet neighborhood and a short drive to restaurants, shopping and beaches. Owner was quick to respond to our questions. Highly recommend this property.

Beautiful House and great location

The house was just as described. Ted was very prompt in answering any questions. They even had a full size crib. The location was great with an easy ride to Newport. The Newport winery is 5 minutes and Sweet Berry Farm was a short distance and a great stop. We had a wonderful time and loved the house. We would definitely recommend it.

Excellent Location!

We stayed here with 6 adults- myself, my husband, our 2 adult kids and their significant others. The location was perfect for everything we did! The Newport Nat'l Golf course, the winery, sunset sail, cliff walk, Easton, tours, restaurants etc... The house is super cute inside and out. Communication with Ted was fantastic and he took care of what was needed. I messaged him after about a few minor repairs that were needed and a few suggestions to make future guests more comfortable. All in all, it was a great stay! We enjoyed the well equipped kitchen and the living room a lot. It was perfect for 3 adult couples. Check out instructions were easy. Would stay here again!

Awesome Property!

Fantastic property, super clean, modern. Perfect for 6 adults and a toddler. Convenient to Newport. Host was responsive and easy to work with. 10/10 would stay again!
