Easily accommodates 2 families or more! TWO KITCHENS!!!! Two separate living areas or just make it one big family fun house! Main and upper level feature 3 bedrooms/2 baths/ kitchen/dining/living/utility room and 40 x 30 composite deck. Lower level features 2 bedrooms / 1 bath / kitchen/recreation area and family room with its own utility room and 40 x 30 patio. Covered boat dock with good water views. Composite pier and ramp with composite handrails. Full interior remodel in 2019. Parking for 4 to 6 cars. 65 inch main level TV and 55 inch lower level TV (3 bedrooms with TV as well). Ping pong table, Corn hole boards, hammock, outdoor firepit and 2 kayaks available. Close to the State Park (about 1 mile) and 10 minutes from Mooresville and Statesville. WIFI available. Local boat and jet ski rentals close by.

Triathlon Getaway

Lake Norman Sprint Triathlon is in state park, house is right by entrance. Easy, great weekend.

Family Wedding.

Spacious and Comfortable

My family and I had a great stay at this spacious and comfortable lake house. We enjoyed the dock and the kayaks that were provided. The house has spacious living areas and bedrooms, was stocked with cooking supplies and dishes, and is tucked in a nice quiet cove on the lake. The beds were very comfortable and the house has been very nicely renovated. There were also toys for our kids which was a very nice and thoughtful touch.

My wife and I have 3 grown children and 1 grandson. We always wanted a place on the quieter side of Lake Norman and Troutman was a perfect choice. We wanted a place that all the family could come together at the same time and still have room. We hope you will enjoy it as much as we do.

Why they chose this property

We chose this property as it was a fixer upper in the Troutman area. We have totally remodeled the entire interior and will be doing some additional exterior remodel to continue to improve the property. The pier and ramp and the boat dock have been updated in 2019. Composite decking and handrails have been added to the pier and ramp for years of great service.

What makes this property unique

The gradual slope to the pier/dock and huge deck and patio with established oak trees make relaxing easy. Enjoy the swing, lay in the hammock or just sit and enjoy the views. The morning sunrise is beautiful as it rises across the lake. Get there early and claim the upper level bedroom with balcony.
