Nicely appointed one bedroom ( King Bed) air conditioned, freshly painted Merrimac Resort condominium with newly renovated bathroom and offering beach block location, heated swimming pool and assigned parking. Recreation field, playground, tennis and basketball courts just across the street. Steps to beach and bay and lots of good restaurants. A nice rental destination! Wi Fi included. ALL Merrimack rental units are smoke free both inside the unit and anywhere on the premises. 10% DISCOUNT TO SENIOR CITIZENS 61 AND OVER.
