Location was close to restaurants, the tram and many tourist attractions. Great neighborhood restaurants. Frequent communication - including local recommendations - and the hosts shared lots of information about the area and travel books were available at the apartment. Having a washer and dryer was very helpful during our trip.

Wonderful....comfy, cozy and tastefully appointed. Loved the kitchen and enjoyed preparing several meals in it. Location was spot on....it was right in the center of all the things we wanted to do and see. When we come back to Edinburgh, we will definitely book this venue again. ...and the host's homemade shortbread cookies were delicious

Our stay here was quite simply outstanding in every respect. The property is exactly as described, and is finished to a very high standard, with lots of small touches which made our stay feel special (pillow spray, a pint of milk, tea and coffee and a bottle of Prosecco sound good? They were all on hand when we arrived!). Communication before, during and after our stay was excellent, and our host's recommendations for left luggage allowed us to enjoy our day of departure with ease. The location is incredible - a quiet street just moment's walk from everything Edinburgh city centre has to offer.Quite simply, staying here was a total pleasure and easily the best short-term rental property we've ever stayed in.

We stayed in Robin's property for 6 nights, and found it thoroughly enjoyable. Great location for access to public transportation, multitude of cafes, bakeries, restaurants, and nice walking area. The apartment is spacious and comfortable, with excellent beds, lots of room to put things, and a very nice kitchen and living room.

Beautiful house, great location 10 minute walk from Royal Mile. The host gave lots of recommendations for restaurants etc. Our favorite was Olive Tree about 5 minutes walk from the house. Great coffee at Santu Coffee in the next street. Nice touches including homemade shortbread, bottle of Prosecco in the fridge and fresh flowers. Highly recommended.

Perfect location...close to the heart of the city yet quiet enough to be away from it all. The home was spotless, well equipped and spacious. Attention to the little details was very much appreciated. We had a small problem with the hot water and Robin was quick to respond and had the issue resolved easily.
