Description:
Nestled in the heart of the village of Champeix in the Puy de Dôme, the CHAMPILLAUMIERE is a haven of peace. Its decoration in pastel colors will immediately put you in a cocoon atmosphere. The beautiful kitchen and its fire place lounge will invite you to rest and read. Close to cities such as Issoire, Saint Nectaire or Clermont-Ferrand, at the foot of mountains and lakes, you will be spoiled for choice for your activities.: 2 possibilities for this house: For 2 or 3 people, you will benefit from 2 rooms, one with 1 bed in 140, the other with 1 bed in 120. If you are a large family or you are traveling with friends, an extension giving access to a living room with sleeping in 140 and surmounted by a mezzanine equipped with a 140 bed will allow you to come to 7 people.
A real bathroom, all modern and functional equipment await you: washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, televisions, WIFI, and finally on an outdoor note, 2 terraces, 1 garden, private and closed access, and a basement to store equipment or motorcycles. If you do not want to come with your sheets, we can rent them for 15 € per bed and per stay.(towels and bath sheets included in the price). For cleaning, you can entrust it to us: for 2 or 3 people, the price is € 70. Beyond that, it is € 100.

Gîte charmant, fonctionnel et très bien placé

Nous avons passé deux semaines très agréables à la Champillaumière. Excellent accueil, le gîte est fonctionnel et très bien placé dans le centre de Champeix et au calme. J'espère que nous aurons l'occasion d'y revenir, je recommande !

Sehr charmantes Appartement in zentraler Lage in Champeix

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche in diesem tollen, liebevoll dekorierten Appartement verbracht und uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin und ihrer Vertretung hat perfekt geklappt. Ein Highlight war der kleine Garten am Hang mit romantischem Blick, wo man super den Tag ausklingen lassen konnte. Wir würden jederzeit gerne wieder kommen.

Tout y est réuni pour passer de bons moments

Nous avons passé de très bons moments à la Champillaumière. La maison est très agréable, fraîche (sous bientôt 40 degrés), elle possède toutes les commodités et se situe dans un beau petit village non loin des principaux sites touristiques à découvrir. Nous vous la conseillons vivement.

Gîte très bien situé au centre de Champeix, proche des commerces sans avoir recours à la voiture. Le petit marché du vendredi est très sympathique. Johanna met un point d’honneur pour bien accueillir ses hôtes, merci pour le petit panier d’accueil et pour la préparation du poêle à bois. À noter aussi, nos compagnons à 4 pattes sont les bienvenus : merci pour eux! Si nous revenons dans cette belle région, ce sera à nouveau chez vous!

Un gite agréable joliment décoré .Un accueil chaleureux avec un petit panier de produits locaux sans oublier les enfants , le feu allumé dans le poêle ... Johanna est une personne sympathique et facilement joignable . Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable en famille avec le beau temps en prime . Nous reviendrons volontiers pour un nouveau séjour . Parfait pour les vacances

Très jolie gite rénnovée tout récemment au milieu du village. La gite offre tout le confort dont on pourrait avoir besoin pendant les vacances. Malheureusement il faisait déjà trop froid pour profiter de la terasse ou du jardin qui sont à la seule disposition des locataires.
