RESERVATIONS: Guests can now make Online Requests for making a Reservation. All requests are subject to review and acceptance by Navarre Vacation Rentals. All Rental Requests are reviewed and processed within 24 Hours. Accepted Rental Requests will receive an email from Navarre Vacation Rentals that contains a Vacation Rental Lease Agreement. It is imperative that the Lease Agreement be reviewed, executed and returned to Navarre Vacation within 72 Hours of Online Rental Reservation Acceptance.

** Failure to return the Vacation Lease Agreement may result in the Cancellation of Guest's Online Reservation and the property being leased to another Guest. **

Online Rental Requests require Full Payment at the time of booking acceptance.

OCCUPANCY: Fire Codes mandate that at no time may more than 4 persons be present in this property. Property occupancy includes all small children and infants. Occupancy Standards are closely monitored and Guest violations may result in Guest removal and the forfeiture of all monies paid.

AMMENITIES: Only Guests with Reservations at The Pearl are permitted to use the amenity features of the community.

PETS: At no time are Guests permitted to have a pet animal present inside the property or on the grounds of the community. Violation of the Pet Policy is subject to additional financial charges associated with repairs, replacements or pet remediation efforts and immediate Guest removal (Please See Rental Lease Agreement). Fines, if any, issued by the Homeowner's Association will be deemed billable and charges will be applied to the Credit Card furnished at the time of Check-In.

SERVICE ANIMALS: Navarre Vacation Rentals, LLC is committed to assisting our Guests in need of a trained and certified Service Animal. We ask that Guests notify us of this need at the time of making a Reservation to ensure all Guest needs are addressed. Documentation demonstrating Guests' current medical treatment and a licensed medical physician's prescribed need for a Service Animal may be requested in order to provide property Owners and Homeowner Association Officials with documentation substantiating the legitimate need for the presence of an animal.

PROPERTY SUBSTITUTIONS: In instances of a major mechanical failure or Force Majeur Navarre Vacation Rentals reserves the right to substitute a comparable property.

RENTAL RATES: Rental Rates remain subject to change and must be verified by Navarre Vacation Rentals. Any Rate Quote supplied by Navarre Vacation Rentals is only valid for 24 Hours.

SMOKING: The Pearl is designated throughout as a NO SMOKING community, this includes vaping. Smoking may only occur in designated areas outside the building. Any Guest violation may result in immediate Guest removal and additional financial charges associated with needed repairs, replacements or smoke remediation efforts.

Minimum periods for rentals of The Pearl #404 apply and are based on seasonal rental demands.
