Great Fall Break Stay

The location of this condo was perfect for our family of six. Getting to the beach and pool everyday was very easy, and the views from the balcony were great. The condo was clean and just as described. The check in process was also seamless and the communication was good. We'd definitely stay here again.

Great View and Location

This condo was great. The location was perfect, and we enjoyed walking the pier every morning and evening. I will suggest they get a new mattress in the master bedroom though. Other than that, we very much enjoyed our stay in this property.

Could not have asked for a better location! The condo was clean and accurately reflected listing. The master bedroom as well as the twin bed bunk room need new mattresses (rather uncomfortable). We enjoyed our stay and would return.

This property had a wonderful view, easy access and was very clean, only draw back was the twin beds and the master bed are approaching time for mattress upgrades, they were not the most comfortable, would we stay here again absolutely.

Beautiful Condo

The Summerwind property as a whole is beautiful and this condo was no exception. Everything is clean, updated and just as the pictures show. This was our third stay at this property and we will be back. We love Summerwind. The only complaint we'd have this stay is this property management group makes it more difficult to access all of your check in/check out info by requiring you to sign in on their website rather than VRBO. Outside of that, the stay was perfect.

Overall condo was ok. There were eight of us. Would have liked to have had another sofa in the living room. And there was only four balcony chairs and my parents could not get in the high chairs. There needs to be at least two regular height chairs.

Place was in the perfect location but had a few problems that they were quick on fixing. Couldn't find towels at first and they were all in the dryer and also found a ton of sand in the bed the first night. Paid a cleaning fee for it not be completely clean

It's not worth the money.

The stay was great but was extremely disappointed in the amount t I paid and the fact that it took 3 days out of the 5 I was there to fix the sliding glass door to the balcony. It was a huge inconvenience for our family when everyone was supposed to be able to relax and be comfortable. It's not worth the money.

The condo was as described and the view from the balcony was beautiful, we watched the sun rise and set every day. The beach wasn't crowed so that made it even better!

Beach Fun with Family

The property was very clean, beds comfortable & plenty of linens. Internet was very slow-not a deal breaker & the property manager was very responsive with that issue. One thing that was VERY frustrating was the security guard that stood at the beach boardwalk hawking everyone for their armbands. It was over the top, he was rude about it & we heard lots of Summerwind guests complaining about it. The TV's were a little difficult to use, and no streaming options at all. Again, not a deal breaker, but in the technologically advanced time we live in I would definitely suggest upgrading that. Overall we had a very nice stay & created some very happy memories with our family.

We loved the room and view. Very comfortable for a family of 6 with an infant. The only criticism is that the facility needs more carts to help people check in and out. We would definitely come back.
