Quiet Louisville condo 10 minutes to Boulder, 30 to Denver.

I am on vacation from April 1 to April 11 so the unit is available then. My condo is in a great location to quickly get to I-70, Denver and Boulder. It is a 1st floor, 2 bedroom 2 bath condo, 1,100 sq. feet, porch, laundry, AC, wifi. Close to parks and a golf course. It was built in 92' and has nice thick walls so you do not hear the neighbors. I've upgraded a lot of it already, appliances, flooring, paint, and am just doing the finishing touches now. One pet is allowed is.
