Spacious house of 125 m² with very large rooms and a green garden of 1200 m². Ideal for families, equipped for babies (travel cot, high chair, toys ...) Large fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, oven, filter coffee maker + Nespresso, toaster) + 1 bathroom (bath, WC, washing machine, tumble dryer) + 1 shower room.
It is located in the middle of the island halfway between joinville port (5 mins by bike) and St Sauveur (2 mins by bike). Any comfort (TV, Blue-ray, washing machine, board games ...) The nearest beach is 800m away. Possibility to park a car in the walled garden. Central heating (heat pump) for those who wish to go there out of season.

Belle maison familiale très bien placée
