-Local Activities include boating, fishing, hiking, camping, golfing, horseback riding, zip-lines, water park, wildlife viewing, state parks, walking trails, and just able anything you could desire. However, if your wish is to relax and chill, this beautiful offer a warm and cozy environment for just that as well as family fun time and togetherness.
-Additional attractions such as Stone Mountain, Zoo, Downtown Atlanta, GA Aquarium, Coca Cola Factory are within 40-45 miles.

-Main level: Separate living room w/ fireplace (sleeper sofa) and dining, eat-in large kitchen area, Den area w/ electric fireplace…65 inch flat screen tv and plenty seating (sleeper sofa), and 1 bonus room w/ full size bed and private bath. As well as fully equipped laundry room and balcony area with dbl access off breakfast area.
-Upper level: 4 spacious bedrooms w/ baths. Entertainment area w/ 60 inch TV, plenty seating and sleeper sofa for additional guests.
-Peaceful outdoors area at backyard with beautiful water fountian, covered porch area and seating..

Please note: There is a basement, however not accessible...reserved as owner’s quarters. The basement has totally separate access from main house and securely locked off to ensure your safety as well as privacy.

Amazing Family Home

The house, the pictures, the location is everything we wanted. My family stayed here for ~10 days so that we could enjoy close proximity to the water park for the kids and for the adults to enjoy time on the lake. The house was clean, spacious, and in a beautiful area. My family and I had a fantastic time and would definitely look to come back again in the future.

Family Retreat

This rental was perfect for us! It was very clean and just as it was portrayed. The location was close to everything we wanted to enjoy. The kitchen was supplied with everything we need to enjoy a family dinner. Dena was very quick to reply for questions to make our stay comfortable.

Location

This rental was a great location. It was close to a grocery, restaurants and the lake. If you you had forgotten anything it was easy to pick it up. Many bedrooms had private bathrooms.

Clean modern warm home

Home was beautifully decorated and accommodating. Large kitchen with multiple dining areas. The only major area of concern is the flat pillows however I am huge fan of good pillows.

Nice family retreat

We enjoyed our stay at this property. There was plenty of space for us to spread out. The kitchen was large and we had everything we needed, the owners supplied us with plenty of the essentials (paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, towels, etc.). The only minor complaint is that the beds were a tad uncomfortable for some and the bedrooms didn't have ceiling fans, so it got a bit hot at night. Definitely appreciate the responsiveness of the owners. Thank you for letting us stay in your home.

Disappointed

I really wanted to be able to like this property, but there were too many “little” things that kept that from being the case. The main floor bedroom is hardly a bedroom. Yes, there is a bed and a tiny en suite bathroom, but there is no closet to hang anything nor is there a dresser or chest to put any clothes in. The air conditioning seems to only work in the main areas of the home; all the bedrooms were stuffy. The information on vrbo indicated sleeping for 13, but the kitchen only had eating utensils for 6 (There was a single box of flimsy plastic with service for an additional 12, but the forks broke on a single usage.) Neither the grill nor the ice dispenser worked. Many of the lights did not work. There were no labels on any switches and nothing happened when you flipped them. There seemed to be people living in the basement (Groceries were delivered there after we told the delivery driver we had not ordered anything, and vehicles regularly went in and out the drive that lead to the basement, so we felt uncomfortable with using the grounds.

Thank you for your stay and voicing your concerns. We will address these immediately. There are 2 thermostats (1 on ea floor) which definitely works and keeps the house cool. They are on timers so guest may have to adjust to their liking as needed. The bedroom on the main is a sizable bedroom w/full size bed, chair /ottoman, night stand and smart tv. Unfortunately no closet, I agree but plenty space and hanging hooks behind both doors. The bedroom also has a full private bathroom w/ shower. Unfortunately the silverware as well as other items do walk way occasionally; we will have to do inventory to ensure these items are replaced. Our apologies for the traffic as due to unfortunate circumstances but definitely not of the norm; we can assure you.. We aren’t aware of any grocery deliveries but our apologies for the inconvenience, disturbance and uncomfortableness. Fantastic Home for a Group Gathering!!

The home provided all amenities and even luxuries for our large group attending a sporting event at Lake Lanier. Plentiful sleeping options & bathrooms, a large kitchen for meal prep, and plenty of space for socializing made this home a perfect fit for our large group! Dena was extremely quick with answers to my questions and updates to our reservation, and check-in & check-out was hassle free. We would absolutely stay here again if we get to return to this area in the future!

Fabulous house and a great place to stay

The pictures on the website do not do this house justice. It is magnificent. It has several meeting up areas. There’s even a media room upstairs they TV a Pac-Man game and two sofas it does not even have a picture in the listing. Your family would absolutely love staying here

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful home. It more than accommodated every need we had. I had hoped to rent a home on Lake Lanier, but the boat ramp was so close that it didn't matter. Fantastic kitchen! Thank you so much!

Spacious and accommodating

It is a fantastic house for a crowd! Everything is well laid out if you want to gather together and spacious enough to get away by yourself if you choose! Bedroom on the main level is helpful for older guests. Multiple bathrooms are great for convenience. We couldn't ask for better accommodations for our family group of 11. We could have easily housed more!

Wasn’t comfortable with a house full of women and a strange man residing in the basement and we knew nothing about and it’s not in her description about the property it just states no access to the basement not someone lives there and she wouldn’t even give us a refund of our money and we had only been there for 3 hours when we discovered him and ask for a refund very rude

Super House

Great location, modern, a good place to gather! This 5 bedroom house is wonderful for those traveling with many adults. There a two bedrooms that share a jack/jill type bathroom. All of the other bedrooms have their own bathroom . The beds except for one are full size, the one bedroom does have a queen size bed. The kitchen and seating areas are wonderful and the outside porch is great for enjoying a morning cup of coffee. The owner was responsive to any questions we had. I would recommend this house.

It was not as described

It was really agonizing to communicate with property owner. Called and left message, emailed, still no response finally I Called Vrbo main office then she emailed me back still no information about how to get in to house so another email...... House was clean but not enough bed for 12 person the house list for good up to15 person. There was one king, three double, one single . Two of us slept on couch two slept on sofa bed there are few rooms were locked and closet doors and cabinet were lock tied. One garage door opener on the wall was not working properly we had to push 15 to 20 times to get it open and close. But it was very nice house with Wolf appliance large dining room that we did not use, big tv, fast internet I wish she had communicate better also she need get more bed for 12 or 15 people

My husband and I rented this property for our family to stay while we hosted a wedding for one of our daughters. Overall the stay was disappointing and we do not recommend it. First off the home was advertised as a 5 bedroom home. There were 4 bedrooms and the "5th bedroom" was an office with a pull out couch. From the listing I assumed the downstairs bedroom to be a master with en suite bathroom. My husband and I are elderly and do not negotiate the stairs well, so this feature was at the top of our priority list. As I stated the downstairs bedroom was an office with a pull out couch and a small bathroom with the sink's backsplash ripped from the wall. The toilet handle also was inoperable and you had to lift the tank lid in order to flush. The other bedrooms in the home were adequate, however, the bedding was cheap and the pillows were very old and flat, making the stay somewhat uncomfortable. In each bathroom there were only 2 sets of towels which were small and of cheap quality. The owner knew the number of guests staying and we were there for 5 nights. We attempted to wash towels during the stay, but the washer was not working properly. The grounds were nicely manicured, but there was an old car bumper littered in the back yard visible from the deck. When we first arrived the laundry room was locked as was the downstairs master. When I called the owner, it took over 24 hours for her to get back to me. She did then come and unlock the laundry room. Our biggest complaint is that Friday night of our visit I received a call from the owner at 1 AM that her son had forgotten his passport in the locked downstairs master bedroom and would be coming to retrieve it. All in the house were woken at this unusual hour for her son to come and search for the document. She compensated us less than 50% of one night's stay for our inconvenience. This interruption was inaccusable to us.

Ice Maker didn't work

The place was very nice, the only problem we had why was the ice maker in the refrigerator was frozen over and a red light was blinking. we did notice some small items that look like they may have been broken outside and a piece on the fireplace we did not want to get charged for that as it was already like that.

Wedding weekend
