Très appréciable maison familiale

tout tourne autour d'un emplacement idéal et d'une maison familiale ou le maitre mot est "la décontraction ". Attention quand même à ne pas s'approcher trop près d'une possible négligence ( 7 enfants au contact libre d'une électricité en travaux..??de vélo sans frein !! dans le neuf , on craint d'abimer : ici il ne faut pas avoir peur de bricoler . beau séjour au final

Ravi que le lieu vous ait plu et que votre séjour se soit "au final" bien passé. Pour ce qui est de l'électricité en travaux, il doit certes manquer une applique dans la salle de bain du haut et certaines prises électriques peuvent en effet avoir un peu de jeu à force que les gens arrachent leurs cables, mais rien de bien dangeureux. Pour les vélos, vous avez raison, je ne les mettrai plus à disposition, je n'ai pas le temps de les entretenir entre deux locations or certaines personnes peuvent ne pas être très tendre avec eux. Je vous invite donc à ne pas renouveler cette "prise de risque" devant tant de négligences, pas de soucis...

Excellentes vacances.

Très belle propriété, l’emplacement est idéal pour aller à la plage à pieds meme avec de très jeunes enfants. Maison très bien équipée. Très calme, on entend aucun bruit mis à part celui des vagues.

Très Agréable

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable dans cette maison quelques peu rustique mais cependant confortable dans son ensemble et spacieuse. Bien que nous ayons loué en période hivernale la maison est bien chauffée et nous avons apprécié les feux de cheminée. La situation géographique face à l'océan est le point essentiel de la maison et nous avons vraiment adoré son emplacement, la vue et le bruit des vagues...

Nous avons énormément apprécié - l'accueil - la maison, face à la mer. - la proximité de la plage - la mise à disposition des produits alimentaires et ménagers de base avec le principe du "je consomme je remplace" - la mise à disposition des vélos ++++ - la variété des sites touristiques à portée de main

Très grande maison idéalement située.

Excellent séjour en "tribu" dans cette villa calme, spacieuse et confortable à quelques pas de la très belle plage de Nauzan. Plaisir de buller dans les transats en regardant passer les bateaux ou les promeneurs sur le sentier des douaniers, qui vous mène en moins de 30 minutes à Royan ou à Saint- Palais sur mer. Extra !
