West 1002 offers a fresh, coastal feel with travertine tile flooring and an inviting open-concept living area. The south wall has floor-to-ceiling windows that open directly onto the furnished beachfront balcony. The dining area offers seating for four. The fully equipped kitchen features full-size appliances and includes all the cookware and dishware needed to create memorable meals together. Just off the kitchen is a laundry room equipped with a full-sized washer and dryer set so you can keep your clothing and beach towels pristine throughout your stay.

The master bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet, carpeting, flat-screen TV, and private access to the beachfront balcony. The master bathroom features travertine tile, a large jacuzzi bathtub, a tiled walk-in shower with a built-in bench, and double vanity. The guest bedroom has a queen bed, a flat-screen TV, and private access to the beachfront balcony. Just steps from both the guest bedroom and living area is a full guest bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Breath taking views of Florida

It was absolutely amazing in every way. The condo was exactly as pictured. Clean, roomy, spectacular view of the Emerald Gulf waters. Private access to the white sandy beach. Beautiful pools and hot tubs. The private balcony was beautiful and being on the 10th floor you could see SIMPLY EVERYTHING!! We can’t wait to go back!

The unit was beautifully appointed and location was superb. Would prefer a better coffeemaker in the unit -- the Mr. Coffee glass carafe type doesn't keep coffee warm long and the base heating element burns the coffee. We enjoyed our stay very much. Having a notebook in the unit to provide information about location of the garbage chute, etc. would be helpful.

Met Expectations

Our condo was very nicely decorated with a modern oceanfront feel. Loved the deck overlooking the beautiful view of the Gulf. Kitchen was well equipped with all the necessary essentials. My only complaint is that the carpeting definitely needs a cleaning. Going barefoot is not recommended. Otherwise the place was clean. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend friends to stay there.

This place was awesome!! Beautiful view sitting on balcony and watching the dolphins in the ocean.. it wasn’t very far to the beach. We will definitely stay again!!
