Relax in the tranquil surroundings of Royal Deeside with a stay at the Cabin @ No 45. , With Craigendarroch Hill to the front, the 'Old Line' (a popular and picturesque walk) to the rear and the shops and cafés of Ballater just a five minute stroll away, it is ideally located.

The gardens back onto one of the most popular walks in the area and a two minute stroll will take you through the woods and on to the lovely River Dee.

We bought No 45 guest house in 2017. At that time the cabin was neglected and in need of some TLC. The refurbishment was completed in 2019 and we think offers a comfortable place to stay while visiting Royal Deeside.
