Komfortabel, zentral und trotzdem ruhig!

Der Gastgeber hat die Wohnung ansprechend und wertig eingerichtet. Ein Highlight ist, die sich über die gesamte Zimmerbreite, öffnende Balkontür. Dadurch entsteht ein noch größeres Raumgefühl. Der Blick in den Palmengarten und die Bungalowsiedlung ist sehr angenehm. Die Sicht reicht bis zum Atlantik, ein Stück der Dünen ist auch zu sehen. Das Bett ist super bequem und für zu heiße Nächte gibt es im Schlafzimmer eine Klimaanlage. Die Küche ist top ausgestattet. Einzig ein Geschirrspüler fehlt. Dafür ist, insbesondere für Langzeitbucher, alles da um sich selbst zu versorgen. Selbst Kuchen backen ist möglich, wenn man kann 😃 zumindest sind alle Utensilien vorhanden. Lieben Dank für die schönen Tage an Kriztina und Sören.

Das Appartement ist sehr schön ,optimal eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Die Lage ist optimal, schöner Blick auf Garten Pool und MASPALOMAS. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit wenn man ihn braucht.Alles in allem Super!!!

Tolle Wohnung in zentraler Lage

Die Wohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Habe schon in vielen Wohnungen in PDI gewohnt aber diese hatte wirklich alles. Perfekte Lage, sehr zentral aber dennoch ruhig mit tollem Blick vom Balkon. Schlafzimmer hat Jalousien und kann komplett verdunkelt werden, Betten sehr gut, Internet stabil. Kann ich nur empfehlen.

Sören es un excelente anfitrión. Presta toda la ayuda necesaria y muestra un trato cortés y atento. La casa está perfectamente equipada, pensada para todas las necesidades que tuvimos y con muy buena información sobre electrodomésticos, dispositivos, menaje...etc.

Nous sommes restés dans Cet appartement pendant 3 semaines! Nous n’avons manqué de rien ! L’appartement est décoré avec beaucoup de goût! Il est très bien situé pour aller au YUMBO à pied en 10 min et pour aller à la plage de PLAYA DEL INGLES. La climatisation est très appréciable! Et enfin une très jolie vue!! Sans oublier la piscine de la résidence !! Nous conseillons fortement à tout le monde cet appartement !

Lieber Sören, vielen Dank für die wunderschöne Wohnung. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen im März 2020. Meinst du, die Wohnung in der wir waren, mit Balkon ?. Wir fanden es gerade so, wie es jetzt war, super. So konnten wir bei Wind entscheiden, das Fenster zu öffnen oder nicht. Wir fanden das besonders Klasse.Können wir uns jetzt schon für die nächsten 4 Wochen im März 2020 anmelden? Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit in deinem Appartament. War wieder ein wunderschöner langer Urlaub

Wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal in diesem Appartement, diesmal sogar drei Monate und haben uns wie beim letzten mal sehr wohl gefühlt. Es stimmte wieder alles, die Wohnung war sehr sauber und es fehlte an nichts. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Een fijn appartement en een prettige gastheer.

Het appartement is goed uitgerust met alles wat je nodig hebt voor een kort of lang verblijf. Wij waren er in augustus 2016. Het zwembad is in die periode erg rustig en dus een prettige plek om te verblijven. De heer Bech is behulpzaam en zijn beschrijving van de woning en omgeving klopt. Winkelcentrum en strand zijn daadwerkelijk op loopafstand. De bus naar alle bestemmingen op het eiland stopt voor de deur. De door de heer Bech geregelde taxi is een betere transfermethode dan de bus als je grote koffers bij je hebt. Alles met alles voor herhaling vatbaar.

Excellent Apartment in great location

This was our 2nd stay at this apartment and as before the apartment is presented very well. Very clean with all the utensils etc you would ever need. Great views towards the dunes and the sea but no balcony. (windows open almost full width of the room) Great location for the beach (10 mins to Riu Palace and the Dunes ) Also 10 mins to the Yumbo. Very quiet at night - no noisy neighbours.

Excellent apartment in perfect location

This is the second time we have stayed at Siren's apartment. Both times have been perfect. The position of the apartment is ideal; just 10 minutes from both the Gumbo Centre and the Riu Palace for the beach. The apartment is very clean, well decorated and furnished with suberb views to Maspalomas and the sea. Every utensil you could ever need. The apartments are quiet, never any noise in the evening. WiFi available to purchase separately which works well. I can certainly recommend these apartments to you.

IDEAL

Super séjour pour la destination et le climat toujours aussi agréable aux Canaries ... et cette location y a beaucoup contribué ! Très bon suivi au niveau de la réservation et Sören , le propriétaire très prévenant sur l'organisation de l'arrivée. Il n'est pas avare de conseils et s'organise selon vos horaires de vols . Pas de mauvaises surprises lors de la visite d'arrivée en compagnie de Borek le Gentil Organisateur sur place !! ( encore merci pour la petite attention à notre arrivée). Aucun problème de compréhension. L'appartement est idéalement bien situé, à deux pas de la plage et des dunes , et à deux pas de l'ensemble des lieux animés de la station (restaurant, bar, discothèque, centres commerciaux , etc...) Situé sur une des artères principales de la station , mais très calme et aucunes gênes même les fenêtres ouvertes !! et le "luxe", des petits commerces au pied de la résidence !! les communs (entrée, couloirs extérieurs, ascenseurs , jardin et piscine sont nickels et entretenus régulièrement.. la résidence est très calme et l'ambiance conviviale. l'appartement idem , bien aménagé et propre , rien ne manque et tout fonctionne !! de l'équipement cuisine à l'équipement audio vidéo .. et le climatiseur portatif !! la vue sur le jardin et piscine est agréable. du linge de maison à discrétion et des lits jumeaux très confortables ( vous pouvez les rassembler sans problème), j'étais en vacances avec mon fils !! Si l'on veut chercher la petite bête .. je suis français !! .. il manque le petit plaisir d'un balcon , mais on en veut toujours plus !!! Après de nombreux séjours à playa del inglès, je pense avoir trouvé l'emplacement idéal. Je le conseille sans problème et je compte bien en profiter à nouveau !! A notre départ, Börek c'est adapté à nos horaires d'avion pour la restitution des clefs (deux trousseaux , c'est un détail mais super pratique)et de la caution, pour que l'on puisse profiter pleinement de notre dernière journée. Je renouvelle mes remerciements.

Det er 2. gang vi bor i app og ikke uden grund

Det var som at komme hjem tingene var, hvor de skulle være og renligheden i top. Der var cava lagt på køl og masser af stearinlys . Vi ankom sent og besluttede at se om omgivelserne var ændret. Geminismusicbar lå der stadig, ca 200 m fra lejligheden, samme musiker og glade dansede mennesker. Her er kort til alt og har du ikke bil er bussen lige udenfor døren. Jeg prøvede en billig tur til de gamle huler 10 euro for en hel dag incl frokost, men så er man også tvunget til at høre på ( noget madres salg ) . Pyt det var ferie i 18 dage :-)) . Du må ikke glemme at gå den dejlige strandtur langs Dunes, som kan ses og nydes fra lejlighedens vindue. Vejret var i top - den altid rene swimmingpool blev benyttet og de gratis solmøbler holder økonomien på plads. Vi nyder ferien fordi lejlighedens faciliteter er i orden, men også inden grundet, da det høje serviceniveau fra værten er i top. Vi kommer gerne igen . Overvejer 5 stjerner .

Excellent Apartment

One of the best apartments I have ever stayed in. Ticks all the boxes. Location was perfect - close to the Riu Palace and the beach, close to the Yumbo. The apartment is very nicely decorated and very clean. All the utensils you will need are there with a 4 ring ceramic hob and an oven underneath. No balcony as the apartment has been extended out onto where the balcony would be. Thought I would miss the balcony but the windows open almost the width of the room so no problem there. The views from the apartment are superb with views out to the sea. Never heard any noise day or night from other residents. I can certainly recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a quality stay.

Dejlig ren lejlighed og en venlig vært

Lejligheden fremstod i alle henseender som anført i annoncen. Værten havde sørget for vand og cava i køleskabet , og stearinlyset var tændt, da vi overtog lejligheden. Værten bistod med turistinformation og var meget hjælpsom. Vi var på en billig næsten gourmet restauration på samme vej i en kælder, som værten anviste, og vi var flere aftener til levende musik og dans få hundrede m fra lejligheden. Vi lejede Free Motions cykler, der var i top. Der er ingen altan, men stuevinduerne kan skydes til side. Prisen er måske lidt i overkanten for området, men vil du have renlighed og pålidelighed, går du ikke fejl her. Vi vil bestemt anbefale lejligheden og værten. Tak for en god ferie .
