2 Jessamine Place is located in the historically renowned Sea Pines Plantation and offers 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. With modern updates, a great private pool and an easy 15-minute walk to the beach, you’ll experience a family vacation on Hilton Head like no other.

The living area features cathedral ceilings, hardwood flooring and a huge flat screened, mounted TV with surround sound system room. **Fireplace is not for guest use.** The dining area, just off the living room, has seating for 4. The breakfast bar can also be used to seat 2 more, and the kitchen has a separate table with seating for 6. The spacious kitchen features stainless appliances, granite counters and a tile backsplash.

The main floor primary bedroom is located to the right of the entry and features a queen bed and a flat-screen tv. The primary bath has twin sinks, a jetted tub and an ornately tiled shower with multiple showerheads.

Two guest bedrooms can be found on this level. One has a queen-size bed and is decorated in navy and whites and the other has two twin beds. These rooms share a jack-and-jill bath with a beautifully tiled walk-in shower.
On the second level, you’ll find the second master a queen bed is and a mounted flat-screen TV The private bathroom has double sinks and a walk-in shower. This level also has a “sitting” room with a twin sleeper chair and a futon that folds out for one or two. Another flat-screen TV is in this room and is perfect for the kids to hang out in.

This Sea Pines home has a great backyard! There is a great pool, outdoor dining area and a grill for added enjoyment.

The pool can be heated for an additional fee. This is a dog-friendly home and a fee of $225 plus tax per dog. Max is 2 dogs; 75 pounds each,

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
