Vivenda Flandria is a ground floor villa
- The house has a living room, kitchen, air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine, etc ..

- There is cable TV (flat screen) - free WIFI internet
 
- Outside there are several terraces and a BBQ place.
- Furthermore, there is the swimming pool (7m X 3.5 m) On hot summer days a real pleasure.
- Situated in a quiet urbanization at walking distance of the village (2 min), which is the great advantage, you don't need a car to go shopping or dining. Alvor has a lot of restaurants, bars, shops and a supermarket. Post and bankoffices.
-Also the beach, one of the most beautiful fine sandy beaches of the Algarve is on walking distance (10-15 min).
- Sea, sun and beach are the main attractions and also all sports connected, from Alvor you can make various boat trips at sea, fishing.
-In the hinterland you can then go horseback riding, mountain biking or take part in jeepsafaris or tourist excursions.
-For shopping, the Algarve is also well equipped with various shopping centers including AQUA in Portimão (ca. 5km).

Golf: There are 38 golf courses in the Algarve, nearest to Alvor are Alto Golf, Penina, Morgado do Reguengo and Silves.

Fantastic 2 week stay

I just wanted to send you an email to say thank you for renting us your fabulous villa in Alvor. We have just returned home from a fantastic 2 week stay and we had a great time in the villa. It has everything you need and more. It was a real home away from home. The location is just right, very private, but with access to all the restaurants in Alvor. The villa was so clean, Fatima does a great job. I feel sure we will return. I will leave a review on the rental site to let others know how nice the villa is. Thanks again, Gwen Byron

Maison spacieuse, très bien située, dans un quartier calme, proche de tout : commerces, restaurants, marché, centre ville, bus,taxis. Intérieur vieillissant qui demanderait à être rafraîchi et modernisé. Mobilier extérieur bien usé. Parasol et transats pour aller à la plage auraient été appréciés. Équipement de la maison correct : vaisselle, lave-linge, lave-vaisselle. Malgré tout, nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Extérieur bien entretenu. Possibilité de séjourner sans véhicule. Nous remercions notre hôte d'avoir organisé notre transfert pour l'aéroport.

Badly managed villa

This villa was not as advertised. It is very tired, and not looked after. Arrived to lots of opened jars and food in cupboards and fridge. Water heater not working which had the manager cleaned would have realised. Waited 8 days with no hot water., when manager finally arrived with engineer , we came back to find her daughter and screaming child sat at the patio area, as well. This should of been our peaceful holiday villa. Very disatisfied with attitude of both manager and owners who really couldn’t see a problem with this . Couldn’t use bbq as filthy and mouldy !!! Concrete blocks with spikes sticking out littered the patio area. There were 3 broken parasols which we had to try and mend to be able to get shade. We have been to Alvor on many occasions and always booked through VRbo . This villa is definately not up to standard . Really feel it should not be available to rent unless bought up to standard. Tried to speak to owners their attitude was that they were on holiday and really didn’t see a problem with any of it . Avoid this villa !!!

Boa estadia.

A propriedade está localizada muito perto do centro da vila e da praia. A casa tem tudo o que é necessário, apenas o forno não funcionava, de resto bem equipada. A zona é calma e sossegada. O meu filho adorou a piscina.

Great location

Fabulous location really suited my family well, short walk to all amenities. This is a great little villa however could do with a little update, the only fault was a funny smell coming from the kitchen sink and pipes, host and lady very friendly

Perfect holiday

Let me start with that the location of the villa is ideal, a quiet street in town which has plenty of restaurants with a less than 5 minute walk to 2 supermarkets, a private pool which gets the sun all day and is cleaned regularly by Fatima , an outside shower, bbq, a shaded table area at the kitchen door, large living area, satellite tv with movies and kids channels, comfy bed, air con, basically all the amenities you would have at home and spotless clean. In short we had a perfect holiday at Vivenda Flandria. Thanks Guido we would love to come back next year.

The villa is situated close to the centre of Alvor and close to a big supermarket. All things you need to have a fine vacation are there, such as a good working bbq and kitchen tools. etc. Alvor is worth a visit, at night its cosy and fine to make a walk down the streets. It's not as touristic as other places at the Algarve.

Perfect place to stay in Alvor

A beautiful house, fully equipped, very clean and very nice owners always ready to help us. I would recommend this house and I would repeat again. Its 3 minutes walking to the center of the village, restaurants, bars.... 5 minutes walking to the supermarket and 15-20 minutes walking to the beach.

A cosy and quiet holidayhome

Already more than 10 times we stayed in Alvor and in "Vivenda Flandria" and it has become our favorite place, next to the village (2 min. walk) and the beach (10min walk). The house is well maintained, comfortable and cosy on a quiet location near the villagecenter:
