Historic 3 bedroom Cottage for 8 with pool -walk to the beach!

This three bedroom one bath home has all the upgrades you'd want to see with a full makeover while still retaining it's historic charm. The original vaulted ceilings and heart pine floors give the home character, where the open kitchen with imported Italian Carrara marble counter tops and brand new stainless steel appliances give it functionality. Amenities include a 50" HD Smart TV with cable and wifi connectivity and an in-unit washer and dryer.

There is a master suite with King bed, large closet, and en-suite bathroom, a bedroom with 2 full beds and a twin daybed, and a queen bedroom. All beds are outfitted with crisp white linens.

The bathroom has a double vanity, tub/shower, and a full laundry center. The bathroom is supplied with bath towels, soaps, toilet paper, and laundry essentials.

The generous kitchen has full sized appliances including a dishwasher and garbage disposal. The coffee maker is a standard 12-cup drip-style coffee maker. We supply cutlery, cooking utensils, dishware, drinkware (including coffee mugs, glasses, wine glasses), pots and pans, cooking sheets, aluminum foil, plastic wrap, paper towels and trash bags. We also supply salt, pepper, cooking spray, coffee, sugars, and powdered creamer.

The backyard is great for relaxing on the patio to enjoy a nice summer breeze. The property is a few short steps from Jaycee Park that has playgrounds, ball fields and is a part of Tybee's bike path network. The beach itself is a 4-6 minute walk away where there are remodeled public changing areas, showers and restrooms. Not to mention, North Beach Bar and Grill and the lighthouse are just next to the beach.

There are two parking spaces for guests located on the side of the house next to the fenced-in yard.

The shared pool is a 30 second walk to The Barracks.
​​​​​​​Pool Seasonality: The Barracks Pool is open year-round. It is heated on the following date range:
October 1 – December 15
March 1 – May 30
The pool is not and will not be heated from December 15 through March 1 as the air temps are too cool to maintain an adequate swimming temp.

Cleaning Precautions: After each guest checks out, we have professional housekeepers clean each vacation home from top to bottom with disinfectant, wiping down all surfaces and floors. All towels and linens are professionally laundered and individually vacuumed packed until needed. When the housekeepers are complete a member of our team inspects the home, using gloves and/or disinfectant wipes, to ensure nothing was missed and restock any cleaning supplies. We strive to provide the most comfortable environment for your stay.
