In The City": Annecy center fully renovated apartmentlike this apartment for its brightness and its "bon vivre" feel. It's very functional indeed, and the brand-new fitted kitchen gives this room an attractive feel. The living room, with its balcony flooded with sunshine from early afternoon, opens onto an unobstructed view of an attractive evergreen tree. The apartment is bucolic and very quiet, with the city just around the corner. The master bedroom is cozy and romantic, and the brand-new bathroom features a generously-sized, comfortable shower. The apartment is very well equipped with new furniture and appliances. I've brightened up the walls with canvases I've painted, hoping to inspire you.
The apartment is exclusively for seasonal rental, so we have no personal belongings in the closets. All equipment is at the disposal of our guests.
We offer private parking reserved for the condominium at a cost of 7€/day, payable on arrival.
Optional linen kit 30€ per double bed, including sheets, bath towels and kitchen towels.

Great place in beautiful Annecy

Beautiful Apartment, everything neat and nice, chosen tastefully. Corrine is very attentive and was helpful at all times. The place has a perfect location, you can walk to all the spots of interest and you will have everything you need to cook your breakfast or even dinner. Only thing I would point is you have to pay extra for having towels and sheets por the bed.

Logement agréable, bon accueil, très bien situé par rapport au centre d’Annecy, on peut s’y rendre à pied. Par contre logement très mal équipé en vaisselle et ustensiles de cuisine.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez notre hôte Corinne avec laquelle il y a eu une bonne communication. Merci aussi à Marie France pour l'accueil bienveillant lors de notre arrivée. L'appartement est très bien situé au calme avec toutes les commodités à pied ainsi que la proximité du lac. Le logement est spacieux et lumineux. Il est propre et bien rénové, équipé et décoré avec goût! La literie est confortable avec 2 coins nuit bien séparés. La résidence est calme et sécurisée. Nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir

Appartement très bien situé dans Annecy, près du cinéma, près de la gare, près d'un centre commercial, près du lac, etc... Appartement très agréable. Accueil super sympa. Seul petit bémol, la vaisselle très rudimentaire, quelques tasses, verres, saladier manquent un peu. Nous nous en sommes tout de même accommodés. Nous le recommandons vivement.

Expensive extras and unfair charges

While the host initially communicated well, and let us check in early, the linen charge was expensive (60Euros) and only mentioned after the booking was paid for. The Wi-Fi (and therefore smart TV) wasn’t working and despite a promise to have it fixed we heard nothing for the rest of our stay. After leaving we were told we would be charged an extra 50 euros for allegedly not cleaning the apartment properly when we had taken care to look after it and put it back the way we found it but had simply forgotten to run the dishwasher on leaving.
