"Single Shelter" Villa

Beautiful villa of 70 m2 habitable completely renovated 150 m from the beach.

It is located in the "Vieux Montalivet" ideally located to take advantage of the peace, the proximity of the beach and one of the largest summer market in Europe.
It is a warm, bright and welcoming house, ideal for holidays with family or friends.

Housing
Single storey house,
the day part is composed of:
- a living room with television and a dining room opening onto a beautiful 40 m2 terrace.
- a new kitchen semi open to the dining room
the night part is composed of:
- a large bedroom with a queen size bed 160x200, a large wardrobe
- a smaller bedroom with a 140x200 double bed
-a 140x200 sofa bed

You can enjoy a large enclosed garden of 400 m2.

A room is made available to store your bikes or surf equipment.

For your comfort we offer a rental of sheets and towels at a rate of 20 euros / double bed.
End of stay cleaning is optional at a rate of 150 euros payable on arrival.
