Village house with outdoor spaces including terrace with sea view-Parking (*)

We offer you our charming house in the village of La Flotte on the Ile de Ré.
This typical island house, ideally located in a quiet lane near the center of the village, the port and the medieval market, offers a clear view from the floor and the terrace on the sea.
All spaces have been refreshed and renovated (in 2018 and 2019) with care and simplicity in the choice of materials, atmospheres and vintage items.
The house, for 4 to 5 people, is composed of a main building and an annex, both articulated around a sunny courtyard. This arrangement offers great flexibility of use during the summer.
(*) A parking space is available 80 meters from the house

The ground floor consists of a living-dining room and an open kitchen.
2 bedrooms are located upstairs as well as a bathroom (sink, shower and wc).
The first bedroom is equipped with new 160 cm double bedding and cupboards. The second bedroom is fitted with new separable 2x80 bedding and cupboards.
The luminous annex of 12 m² is made up of a bathroom accessible to people with reduced mobility (sink, shower and toilet) and a very comfortable sofa bed that can be used as a summer lounge.
The outdoor area, consisting of a 23 m² courtyard and a very nice high terrace with sea view, is equipped with garden furniture, deckchairs and a barbecue.
It is possible to hang the bikes outside on the facade or to enter them in the courtyard.
This comfortable and charming house will be the ideal place for your holidays with family or friends.

Convient, stylish unique stay

We loved our stay. It's a great location tucked away but a short way from the harbour. The check- in was made fabulous by Marie- Noelle who couldnt have been more pleasant or helpful and spoke excellent english. The house is very well equipped and was exceptionally clean. We loved the use of the roof terrace for the evening sun. The beds are very comfortable. Thoroughly recommended.

Amazing place to relax

This is a wonderful place to relax and to enjoy the holiday The house is well equipped with a tastefull environment. We used a lot of times in the late afternoon hours the roof terrace with a nice view to the ocean and the patio invites for atmospheric breakfast and dinner hours. We are sure, we will come back

L’accueil a été chaleureux, le propriétaire vraiment soucieux de notre bien-être à équipé sa cuisine avec diversité et matériel de qualité . Le décor est sobre et de très bon goût. Nous avons apprécié le calme de ce quartier de ruelles typiques de la Flotte . À recommander pour se reposer.

Fijne accommodatie op een paradijselijk eiland

Dit fijne huis is comfortabel en compleet ingericht. Door de annex heb je met een gezin meer dan voldoende ruimte mede door de extra badkamer. Bovendien heb je door het dakterras de mogelijkheid om de hele dag in de zon te zitten terwijl de patio voor een aangename schaduw zorgt.Ligt gunstig tov centrum, zee en uitvalswegen.Inchecken ging soepel.Ik kan het iedereen aanraden.Paar verbeterpunten:1)Ik heb zelf gevraagd om het incheckproces. Dat loopt via (het bellen van) een contactpersoon. Deze informatie kan beter pro-actief gegeven worden.2)Dat geldt ook voor de info over het huren a van bedlinnen en handdoeken. Dit staat niet duidelijk in de advertentie, heb ik ook om moeten vragen. Graag pro-actief delen.3) de WIFI is buiten en in de annex erg zwak tot afwezig. Tegenwoordig is sterke wifi (zeker voor puber) van levensbelang. Een aandachtspunt om te verbeteren.

Wunderbare Auszeit in schickem Häuschen

Meine Mama und ich waren eine Woche in diesem gemütlichen Häuschen und wir haben es dort sehr genossen. Es ist total sauber und man findet dort alles vor, was man so braucht. Die Lage ist genial -absolut ruhig und zum historischen Markt, ins alte Städtchen, zum Hafen und zum Strand ist es überhaupt nicht weit - alles ist fussläufig gut und schnell erreichbar. Der eigene Parkplatz ist gleich um die Ecke. Der Innenhof und die Terrasse ist nicht einsehbar. Man ist also so richtig schön allein bzw. privat für sich! Es ist ein hübsches und sehr stilvoll eingerichtetes Häuschen! Die Besitzer und die Empfangsdame sind äusserst aufmerksam und echt nett. Wir haben sogar eine Flasche Wein zur Begrüssung bekommen und es waren ein paar Kaffeekapseln zum Start des nächsten Tages vorhanden. Ein dickes Merci - das fanden wir richtig klasse 🤩! Wir haben die ganze Insel erkundet und uns hat La Flotte von allen Örtchen am besten gefallen - es ist von allen das idyllischte! Das Ferienhaus ist uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert! Wir würden hier sofort wieder buchen! Danke , dass wir bei Euch zu Gast sein durften! Es war wirklich super! Herzliche Grüsse!Sabine & Christine

Wir haben uns in diesem schönen, geschmackvoll und praktisch eingerichteten Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Die gut eingerichtete Küche machte das Kochen zur Entspannung und der Platz auf der Terrasse das anschließende Abendessen zu einem ganz besonderen Genuss.

Immer wieder eine Reise wert

Dieses auf der Insel Ile de Re gelegene Ferienhaus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen Aufenthalt, egal bei welchem Wetter, braucht. Mit dem gemütlichen Innenhof und dem Balkon über dem Anbau, auf dem man bei Sonne wunderbar relexen kann. Das Örtchen La Flotte ist nah, mit vielen Restaurants und einen sehr schönen täglichen Markt.

Très belle maison, originale et bien située.

Malgré une météo capricieuse, nous avons passé du bon temps à la Flotte, à l’île de Re. Malheureusement, nous n’avons pas pu nous baigner. Le soleil et des moments à 22 degrés nous ont toutefois réjouis. Nous avons adoré nous rendre au marché médiéval tous les matins et nous promener un après-midi à vélo. L’endroit est vraiment bien décoré et la cuisine est bien pourvue pour cuisiner. La rallonge est fantastique! (Nous aurions aimé plus de linges de maison, dont des torchons dans la cuisine, mais on s’est débrouillé.)

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung in Meernähe

Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit allem was man benötigt in einer ruhigen und guten Lage. Zum Meer sind es 5 Minuten und man kann am Meer entlang nach La Flotte laufen, dort am Hafen schöne Cafés und Restaurants. Mit dem daherkamen man die ganze Insel erkunden. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

TRAUMURLAUB

Wie im Jahr 2022 haben wir uns auf die Insel gefreut und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Alles Bestens im Haus und auch die persönliche Betreuung vor Ort sowie die netten Aufmerksamkeiten durch die Vermieter kann besser nicht sein. Leider ist in unsere Reisezeit für 2024 das Haus schon belegt.
