Malgré un emplacement idéal et une vue splendide l’appartement n’est visiblement pas prévu pour 5 personnes malgré les 5 couchages. Vous n’aurez comme unique, rangement qu’une table de chevet à deux tiroirs pour loger l’intégralité de vos habits, il existe effectivement une armoire à deux portes coulissantes qui ne comporte aucune étagère sinon celle qui se trouve en haut mais malheureusement deja remplie de coussins,de couettes, sans doute prévus pour l’hiver. Quelques cintres sont effectivement là mais c’est clairement nettement insuffisant. Pas un rouleau de papier toilette ne vous attend, aucun torchon, aucune éponge. Bref, vous arrivez complètement démuni. Pour avoir déjà résidé dans cet immeuble, les prestations de ce logement sont bien inférieures aux autres déjà précédemment occupées. Je ne recommande pas.

Insgesamt eigentlich gut aber im Bad unzumutbarer Schimmelbefall und überhaupt gehört renoviert sowohl die Wohnung mitsamt der Entlüftung und das Kücheninventar. Die Lage und der Blick sind toll.

sehr freundliche Betreuung, Wohnung gut ausgestattet, sehr gute Lage mit Blick auf Hafen und Meer und viel Sonne bis zum frühen Nachmittag der Parkplatz ist ziemlich schmal und im Badezimmer wären einige Renovierungsarbeiten fällig, sonst ist die Wohnung aber sehr schön, sauber, praktisch eingerichtet, komfortabel und gemütlich

Formidable

L’appartement est très bien placé avec une vue magnifique. Pour être parfait, on aurait bien aimé des transats pour la sieste et une plus grande télévision. A noter que la télécommande ne fonctionnait pas. Il manque aussi une grande glace pour se voir en entier 🤣 La vue est à voir et on a pu observer un lever de lune. Du jamais vu ! Cordialement 😊
