Villa La Pieve, villa with pool and A/C, in Camaiore

This lovely stone country house with swimming pool ( size : 6.20x 3,20 deep 140 ) is located in the hills between Lucca and the Versilian coastline. From this location most of the major Tuscan cities, famous for their art, are easily reachable by car for day trips. The stone walls, exposed beams, terracotta flooring and typical fire places create the authentic Tuscan atmosphere.Air conditioning is provided in all bedrooms.

La Pieve is a typical Tuscan farmhouse with three floors.

On the ground floor there is a living room with fireplace and an old stone kitchen, fully equipped with modern appliances. On the mezzanine there is a bathroom with shower and a washing machine. The first floor has two double bedrooms. The second floor has a double bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds also a bathroom with shower. The villa has air conditioning in all three double bedrooms and in the living area. An electric fan will be available in the fourth , smallest room.

Traumhafte Villa in ruhiger Lage

Unser Aufenthalt in der Villa La Pieve verlief absolut wunschgemäß. Ein blitzsauberes, geräumiges Haus, flexibler Check-in, tolle Hanglage mit einem Dorfladen und zwei guten authentischen Restaurants in Fußnähe. Auch wenn der Pool im April noch sehr frisch ist, haben wir uns gerne dort aufgehalten und die Sonne genossen.

Alles erop en eraan. Een prachtige Toacaanse woning in typische Italiaanse sfeer. Enkele minuten lopen is een supermarktje en een prima restaurant. Kortom: zeker de moeite waard!

Ich liebe dieses Haus, die Umgebung und die Einrichtung, die Betten und die Bettwäsche waren wunderbar. Es war sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Dejligt isoleret men stadig med gå-afstand til reastauranter

Fint stort hus som dog er temmelig rustikt indrettet. Ingen aircondition, så det kan blive varmt især øverst oppe. Der kan være temmelig mange myg sidst på dagen. Og der er desværre også en del myrer i køkkenet hvis man ikke får stillet madvarer væk i tide. Dejlig pool og lækkert med udendørs pizzaovn - inkl. masser af træ til at tænde op med. Værten var nem at komme i kontakt med, og tjek-ind og ud gik smertefrit. Der ligger 2 udmærkede lokale restauranter og en lille kiosk i gåafstand, og et lille supermarked i Camaiore en kort køretur derfra.

mooi huisje

Toilet boven badkamer werkte niet naar behoren en de verlichting aan de spiegel deed ook niets af. De douche knop hing vast en het water werdt soms gevaarlijk heet en dan weer koud...de meubels roken oud en vochtig zodat we onze kleren er niet konden inleggen.. maar het was proper en gezellig en een hele vriendelijke man die het zwembad onderhield. We hebben er zelf een hele fijne vakantie van gemaakt!

Der Charme der Toscana ...

... spiegelt sich in diesem Domizil wieder. Das traditionelle Gemäuer wurde für die Nutzung als Ferienhaus nur an den nötigsten Stellen umgestaltet, so dass man auf keine Annehmlichkeit (WLan, SatTV, moderne Kücheneinrichtung, 2 Bäder, gute Betten) verzichten musste. Im Aussenbereich stehen ein Pool, Grill und ein landestypischer Pizzaofen bereit. In fußläufiger Umgebung gibt es 2 Gaststätten, die beide sehr zu empfehlen sind, sowie die Möglichkeit für einen kleinen Einkauf. Die Vermieter waren stets angenehm und zuvorkommend. Alles in allem 14 wunderschöne erholsame Tage.
