Great location and home

Such a great location with a beach, cafe, grocery store, and restaurants nearby. The pool was huge and warm — the kids loved it. Navigating the building is a bit confusing but we got the hang of it quickly.

Fabulous apartment with stunning views

Modern, elegant apartment, beautifully furnished and excellently equipped. Wonderful balcony and view to sea and Antibes old town. Great location for access to beach, beach club and restaurants. One guest had limited mobility with wheelchair and access was great so long as you can walk a few steps.

Beautiful property

We really enjoyed our holiday. The apartment was wonderful, clean, spacious, with a spectacular sea view. All our communication with the owner was excellent and really helpful. Stunning apartment in perfect location

We stayed with our 3 children at Vincent's apartment and were absolutely blown away by the beautiful view across the bay and the well appointed accommodation. The place is spacious and has everything you will need for cooking, dining and relaxing. The pool is spotlessly clean and the short walk to the beach made this a very convenient base for our holiday. Everything you could possibly need

The apartment is the perfect location to enjoy Antibes and Juan-les-pins. Easy walking distance to beaches, the old town, grocery, and restaurants. With napping little ones the balcony was a perfect spot to still enjoy vacation. The apartment was very clean and the kitchen was very well equipped. Vincent and Irina were extremely responsive before and during our stay and made sure we were having a good time. We would definitely rent here again on a return visit to the area.

Just what we wanted

We stayed here a month and loved this place. The pictures don’t do it justice. The view is unbelievable and having such easy access to a pool and sandy beach with small kids was ideal. There is traffic next to the condo that you hear when you are on the patio but being so close to everything was worth it for us. Vincent and Irina were easy to work with and quickly answered all our questions. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Unit with a Great View

We stayed here for 6 nights in July. This was the end of our European trip and we loved every minute in this Apartment. The location is great as you are a 5 minute walk to the beach. The Apartment has a great pool that we used a lot too, although do note that if you have small kids the pool is fairly deep with no real shallow end for kids. The Apartment itself was very elegant, marble floors, great kitchen and appliances, nice bathrooms and great beds. We were a family of 4 and there was tons of room. The large living room was a great place to unwind and read a book at night, as was the amazing patio with the view of the Mediterranean Sea and Nice. The bed rooms were a great size and the beds very comfy. The kids loved having bunk beds to sleep on. The building is on a main road, but still stays very quiet. Having Air Conditioning was a major plus as it was very hot when we were there. Vincent was very easy to work with and check in and check out was simple. We loved walking everywhere in Antibes and Juan Les Pins (15 minute walk). Old Town was very cute and had amazing restaurants and shops. Our favorite bakery was also just down the hill (5 minute walk) from the building as well. We felt very safe in the neighborhood and building. We would definitely recommend this place to friends and family and hope to stay here again.

Very nice apartment suitable for two families

We were two families with a total of 8 persons; 4 adults, 3 children in their lower teenages and one nine year old. We visited in July 2019, came by plane / bus and had no car. We stayed a week. The apartment is well equipped and maintained and suited us very well. It is divided into three main areas: 1. A common area with living room, kitchen, guest toilet and balcony 2. A master bedroom with it´s own bathroom 3. A second master bedroom, a bedroom with 4 beds (for the children) and second bathroom For us it was great to have "private" areas for each family, while at the same time having a huge common area for socializing. This worked well while it was OK for everyone that the children shared bedroom even though this bedroom is located within one of the "private" family areas. Visting in July, with +32 degrees Celsius, we really appreciated having air condition in all bedrooms as well as in the living room. The pool was a pleasant surprise. It is stated that it is large, but it superseeded our expectations. Typical hotel pools often have some area, but poor depth. This pool both have the area and good depth. Something that we appreciated while everyone in the company know how to swim. Two minutes walk from the apartment there is Boulangerie (bakery) where you can buy good bread to the breakfast, something we did every day. The kitchen is well equipped so cooking "at home" went fine. For us, not having access to a car, the bigger challenge was to bring food from the supermarket. The closest grocery store is close by, but is too small and expensive to be the main source for your purchases. Roughly 1 km away there are far better alternatives. Making the necessary grocery purchases when returning from our daily trips via the train stations (Antibes station as well as Juan-Les-Pins station) was the the way to go. All in all, we were very happy both with the apartment and our contact / interaction with the owner Vincent.

Fabuleux!

Vue spectaculaire dont on ne se lasse pas. Très grand appartement avec toutes les commodités et bien plus. Nous avons séjourné 1 semaine avec 2 adultes, dont 1 en fauteuil roulant, et 3 ados. Nous y avons tous trouvé notre compte. L’appartement n’est pas en soi adapté pour PMR, mais la vastitude des pièces a fait en sorte que ce soit possible y circuler en fauteuil roulant. Par contre, la piscine n’est aucunement accessible en fauteuil, mais la Handiplage est littéralement à 4 min à pied de l’appartement. L’hôte a été d’une grande disponibilité et a répondu à toutes nos questions alors que nous devions évaluer la faisabilité d’y séjourner pour une personne à mobilité réduite. (Petit commentaire pour les ados, la connexion wi-fi n’est pas idéale avec plusieurs utilisateurs en simultanément. Mais bon, la plage du Ponteil est à 30 secondes…;-) Séjour fabuleux! J’y retournerai avec plaisir!!!

Huoneisto oli todella tilava ja hyvässä kunnossa ja ilmastointi toimi moitteettomasti. Kaikki koneet mm astianpesukone ja pyykinpesukone olivat hyvässä kunnossa. Parvekkeelta kaunis näköala merelle. Parvekkeella oli kiva illalla istuskella ja nauttia lähileipomon tuotteita ja Proseccoa! Ranta on ihan vieressä ja sinne monesti siirryimme altaalta kävelemään ja uimaan. Rautatieasemalle kävelymatkaa jonkin verran. Meiltä meni sinne noin 15min kävellä 30 asteen helteessä. Tämä ehkä ainoa pieni miinus koko paikasta! Voimme suositella tätä huoneistoa lämpimästi kaikille, jotka ovat valmiit hiukan kävelemään!

Bel appartement très bien équipé

L’appartement est très agréable, spatieux et bien équipé. Il y a deux espaces séparés, avec une chambre et salle de bain d’un côté et deux chambres (une double et une avec lits superposés) avec salle de bain de l’autre côté, ce qui en fait un appartement idéal pour deux familles voyageant ensemble. Chacun a son espace. Le salon est spacieux avec une jolie vue et il ne manque rien dans la cuisine. Excellents lits et draps. Nos enfants ont adoré les jeux et livres mis à disposition pour les plus petits. On rejoint les plages d’Antibes et la vieille ville en quelques minutes à pied et Juan les Pins en quelques minutes en voiture. Une excellente boulangerie se trouve à 5 minutes à pied. Seul bémol pour nous, mais qui ne gênera que les personnes sensibles au bruit : l’appartement donne sur un boulevard et la terrasse est donc assez bruyante. Elle est aussi vite à l’ombre car elle est orientée vers l’est. Pour le reste, nous recommandons vivement ce logement.

Excellent location, comfortable modern apartment

The apartment is great, spacious, very modern, spotless and good A/C. The kitchen is very well stocked for anyone who likes to cook. The balcony is big but a bit noisy from the road below. Views of the bay are great. Our children loved the telescope - plane and boat spotting... Our teenagers could come and go. The local food shops are less than 5 mins away, beach same.

Wunderbar, einfach traumhaft!

Wir sind seit Jahren in der Gegend und kennen uns gut aus, diesmal hat es jedoch unsere Erwartungen bei Weitem übertroffen. Das Apartment ist traumhaft gelegen und hat einen fantastischen Blick auf das Meer. Der Komplex ist sehr ruhig und der Pool wunderbar in den großzügigen Garten mit Sonnenterrasse integriert. Man kann ihn direkt vom Apartment überblicken, er ist durch ein kleines Tor begehbar, somit ideal gesichert auch für kleinere Kinder. Vom Schnitt her ist das Apartment perfekt fuer eine Familie, da der großzügige Elternbereich einen Rückzugsort bietet. Zwei Stockbetten und zwei extra Matratzen bieten genügend Raum für jeden der kommen mag. Mit zwei Bädern und einer Gästetoilette ist es ideal um Gäste zu bewirtschaften ohne seine Privatsphäre aufzugeben. Meine Jungs konnten selbständig zum Bäcker, zur Einkaufsstrasse und an den Strand, der nur über eine Strasse fünf Minuten fusslauefig zu erreichen ist. Die Segelschule wird gerade renoviert und bietet alle Möglichkeiten ab dem Sommer. Traumhafte Laufstrecken durch den Wald um das gesamte Cap machen auch den Landsport angenehm. Das Apartment ist gemütlich eingerichtet und der Familienbereich mit Küche und Wohnzimmer hat den Traumblick und ist sehr geschmackvoll und qualitativ hochwertig eingerichtet. Es ist ein richtiges Zuhause und man fühlt sich willkommen durch den liebevollen Touch mit dem alles eingerichtet wurde. Wir brauchten keine Klimaanlage, aber der Ventilator gab eine angenehme Brise. Durch die Rollläden können auch die grossen Fenster nachts aufbleiben und es ist trotzdem angenehm dunkel. Es war angenehm unkompliziert und unsere Ankunft war perfekt vorbereitet. Irina ist die gute Seele des Hauses und kümmert sich um alle Belange. Praktisch ist auch die Garage, da man mit dem Auto sehr schnell überall ist und somit unabhängig bleibt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es reichlich und die kleinen Restaurants und die nahe gelegene Altstadt laden zum schlendern ein. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Great apartment, great view, great location!

I have rented apartments/houses for holidays all over Europe and was happier than ever this time! The design and layout of the apartment are really fantastic and it has clearly been recently renovated throughout to a very high standard. The open plan sitting/dining area and high-end kitchen (as well as full length terrace) all have garden and sea views. The quality of the finishes is exceptional - B&B Italia furniture, Bulthaup appliances and full size American fridge-freezer, etc. - which all made our stay easy, comfortable and stylish. To the side and rear, the master bedroom and ensuite are nicely separated from the other two bedrooms and second bathroom. Whilst all the bedrooms also have terraces, we only used the terrace at the front overlooking the sea as we loved watching the sail boats and mega yachts coming in and out and mooring up in view! Also to note is that the building, communal gardens and pool are clean and well maintained by a caretaker/gardeners. The apartment is sandwiched between the edge of town and the beginning of the Cap d’Antibes, giving the best of both worlds! It’s a 10 minute walk into town to the shops, cafes, restaurants, the market, etc. What we love about Antibes is that it’s alive all year round and full of locals… and is not a seasonal town like others along the coast which are full of tourists mid-summer and then dead in the off-season. There are great restaurants (fine dining as well as more casual) within walking distance of the apartment and the local bakery (best croissants!) and a pizzeria are 200 metres away. In the other direction it’s a 5-minute drive to the sumptuous Cap d’Antibes with its beautiful beaches as well as private beach clubs and the famous Hotel du Cap - Eden Roc where we drank cocktails on the terrace at sunset. The one day we were feeling lazy, we enjoyed the local beach across the street. The apartment is also a 10 minute walk from Juan les Pins (which we visited once for a change of scene) with it shops, restaurants, beach clubs, etc. Slightly further away are other charming, small towns: we visited and enjoyed strolling around both Valbonne where we had a delightful lunch on the town square and Mougins where we had an unforgettable dinner one evening. We loved this apartment and the flexibility of being able to stay at/close to home or venture further afield to the multitude of possibilities around.
