We spent a week in this lovely apartment. Fabulous views from the huge terrace. Mountains, sea and sunsets. Steps away from the beach and boardwalk that takes you into Marbella with little beach bars along the way. Great restaurant recommendations from our host Juan. Highly recommend.
Beautiful, spacious penthouse with great terrace with magnificent views. Close to the sandy beach, where you can have a good coffee or lunch at Kiosko. If you would like to visit Marbella and the surroundings, this is the place to be!
This penthouse is a great option for families with kids. Adequately sized, very clean, perfectly located. Close enough to Marbella but far enough from the crowds, so that you can enjoy quietness. The host is very helpful. Will definitely recommend to anyone

The apartment is set in a peaceful and extremely well maintained gated community with wonderful sea views. It was very clean and well equipped with its huge and private wrap-around terrace being its outstanding feature. The booking process was straightforward and Juanjo went out of his way to make us very welcome.
We would highly recommend this property.

We stayed 14 days in the condo and enjoyed every minute. It made our stay in Marbella!. Juenjo and Fernando were wonderful hosts and always reachable if we needed them. The property is ideally located off the beach and easy access to A7 highway and grocery store.Everything was provided as per listing. We highly recommend and will certainly plan for a return visit

Super beautiful house in house, near the sea. Nearly to the Supermarkets. Nice host. Mangaleta, a restaurante in the near, i can recommend. A very nice view from the roof terrace. The flat is very big with 2 bathrooms and 3 sleeping rooms.

We had a wonderful 3-week stay here. The patio is epic with a fantastic view. The apartment was comfortable, quiet and clean. It is about a 5-minute walk to a lovely beach and there are 2 pools at the complex. The complex is very well kept with beautiful flowers. The apartment provides beach chairs and an umbrella, which is nice.I would say that you'd be best off with a car here. Although the supermarket is about a 15-minute walk, it's uphill and pretty hot in the sun. It's also about a 1-hour walk to Marbella so we mostly drove but you could take a taxi. I would not hesitate to book this location again!

Our morning coffee was to remember gazing at the ocean and mountains right in front sitting on our outdoor sofa.
After coffee we took walks on the walking path to Marbella.
The beach was a 1 minute walk and you could see it from the kitchen window.
Juan the host was super accommodating and quickly respond.
We will come back !!
Ideal location, with stunning views across the sea. The apartment is smallish but perfectly formed with a large terrace to enjoy the sun and shade if need be, they have thought of everything you wil need for your stay. a couple of restaurants within walking distance, we enjoyed las sardinales especially. We decided to hire a car this year and found the uber or taxi will get you to Marbella for around 12 euros. Thank you to Fernando for meeting us on arrival and showing us round. Overall 5 stars for a lovely 2 week holiday
We loved the condo and the overall location. Very easy access by Uber (10-12€) to the city center. Juanho is a gem, very gracious and helpful. El Kiosko is a lot of fun and food far exceeds expectation of a beach shack. Incredible sunsets; only 3 rain days the entire month of Feb. I have no complaints. One suggestion might be to purchase fresh bath and hand towels. The towels were clean and adequate but on the older and thinner end of the spectrum. We’ll be back!

This property exceeded our expectations, everything was amazing, it was spotless clean, you can find everything you need, (at least we did) we had a little problem with the hot water(it was actually our fault) and Fernando was there right away to fix it on a Saturday, communication was excellent, check in and check out was easy, the complex is beautiful, quiet and relaxing, we have stayed at other places were we have not even been able to use the pool cuz there was no space, at this complex the pool was like our private pool sometimes, grocery store 3 mins drive, restaurants within walking distance, we had breakfast at el kiosko pretty much every day, I could go on forever, we had a great stay, the bed was so comfortable we couldn’t wake up lol.
Definitely recommend!!
We will be back!! (Without the young adults lol)

Juan was very helpfull and fleksible with booking and Rafa gave us a warm welcome. The House is not big, but it had everything we needed! Well equipped kitchen, Lots of towels, and very comfortable beds. Everything was clean. The terrace is absolutely fantastic. I loved the morningrun on the beach, a dip in the sea followed by a cup og coffee in the terrace corner looking over the ocean. We all enjoied the pools. Especially the kids loved, that there was no rules about not jumping in the water. Food in the garden bar was ok. The restaurant El Mangaleta on the beach had terrific food. Remember to book table on the weekend. Kiosk longer up the beach had live Music in the evening - that was a bonus! Around 11 euros for a taxi to Marbella Puerto.
We had heat, no Wind, Lots of Wind, cloudy, sunny and crazy haze from the beach. It was interesting and Pleasanton to experience the changing weather. Aldi is 10 mins walk, but there are NO other shops around. We missed a bit more shops/restaurants, but loved every second of our stay 😎☀️
The cleaner met us to collect keys, and that worked just fine for us.

Property on excellent location, practically on the beach and easy access to motorway. 35-40 minutes from Malaga Airport. Very close to Aldi, not far away from Supercor Express that is open all days. There you can buy everything you might need to cook for your family. Kitchen well equipped with big fridge and freezer compartment, just that the coffee machine is Philips Senseo and not easy to find pods. There is no oven, just microwave.
Beautiful big terrace with seaviews and spectacular sunsets. Underground garage parking, apartment is wheelchair accessible from the street and from the garage. The Internet speed is very fast and all the apartment with terrace well covered with wifi signal. Unfortunately I do not recommend it for wheelchair users because bathroom doors are 60 cm wide. There is also a small step in the entrance from the garage and big step on the door to the terrace. Beach is accessible without stairs and has access through wooden planks that cover the sand until cca 20 meters from the sealine. Juanjo was an excellent host and helped us with everything we needed. If I wasn't wheelchair user, I would return. My family loved it.

Perfect verblijf, alle mogelijke voorzieningen in het appartement aanwezig, Fraai uitzicht op zee, een paar minuten lopen van het strand, vanuit ondergrondse parkeergarage met de lift naar boven en je stapt uit bij je voordeur met de boodschappen. Dichtbij Marbella en vele bezienswaardigheden.Zeer gastvrije ontvangst door Patricia en Juanjo! Kortom: echt een aanrader!

Das Appartement lässt keine Wünsche offen. Blick aufs Meer. 200 m Fußweg durch Anlage zum Meer. Riesige Terrasse, tolle Zimmer. Dazu toller Service durch Servicekraft vor Ort. Dazu Tiefgarage. Wie gesagt: Top!
