Luxury Summer Retreat on spectacular Craigville Beach, Cape Cod-PRIVATE BEACH!

Like new luxury property on private way in beautiful West Hyannisport. This home offers a private beach OR walk or drive to and park at all Barnstable beaches (sticker provided for free resident parking). This home features 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and additional enclosed outdoor shower, huge gourmet eat-in kitchen with granite counter tops, two sinks, family room, laundry room and large private back deck with grill. All furniture is new and in perfect condition. Master bedroom has a king size bed, private veranda overlooking back yard, full bath with jacuzzi tub, separate shower, granite countertops, and cathedral ceiling. BR 2 has queen size bed, and bedrooms 3 and 4 have two twin beds in each. A beautiful tiled and granite bathroom finishes the second floor. Linens provided (sheets and house towels). This home has central air conditioning, and is comfortable and immaculate.
To maintain the level of repair and cleanliness, we require weekly cleanings.
There is a welcome book with helpful information for the house and the area. Be sure to read important instructions including trash disposal, how to get to the beach and where to sit, as well as checkout instructions.
Most of all, relax, have fun and enjoy all Cape Cod has to offer!

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights
Please see checkout instructions in welcome Book on the desk. This will avoid any problems or issues and with the security deposit.
Make sure no trash, food or drinks are left.
Trash should be out by 8AM for pickup on Saturdays.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
One week minimum stay rentals are from Saturday to Saturday
No smoking, pets, open fires, events hosted at the house, checkout instructions must be followed in order to get your deposit back.

Great stay!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this home. Our host went above and beyond to make sure that we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The home is beautiful and well maintained. The kitchen is spacious and there is plenty of room for a family to spread out. The access to the private beach was so nice, including the ease of having chairs and an umbrella stored there for us!

Wonderful

We loved our stay here. The layout of the house was perfect for us and it had everything we needed. No one was on top of one another, it was comfortable, close to everything and the owners were pleasant and hospitable. The highlight for us was the proximity to the beach and the fact that it was private - no dealing with crowds or people sitting right on top of you. Added bonus - they store the beach chairs (4) right at the beach, so you don’t need to lug them back and forth. Big bonus for us with kids! We would definitely stay here again and we already miss it.

Great summer family vacation - we love it!

This is a beautifuly maintained summer home with great amenities. Steps from the beautiful private beach. My family and I have spent the last two years at this house. Could not ask for better location and the familty that own the property are awsome as well. We look forward to this trip every year now.

This beautiful beach house was perfect for our summer vacation with friends. The house had all the general amenities and more, including linens. The short walk to the private beach and "slow driving" private road were a definite plus with small children. Owners were very helpful and easy to deal with. We hope to rent this house again next year.

Overall great. One suggestion. The bed in the master BR was not very comfortable. Obviously had not been replaced in ages. A new box spring and mattress is in order. I suggest checking the bed in the other adult BR too.

Very enjoyable experience

We really enjoyed our stay in this house. The listing description was accurate and it did accommodate our needs. It was clean, nicely decorated, well maintained and well equipped. The beach access was very close The owner is very nice and she always answered my questions in a timely manner, from my first request last January up to and including any questions I had during our stay. I would recommend this house to others.

We also provide a beach pass for access to all Barnstable beaches if you choose to explore other areas.
As of 2020, all mattresses, carpets and couches are brand new. New paint in 2022.
