Breathtaking views says it all!! You will be right on the beach - both the bedroom and living room are ocean facing with slider door to the deck. Feel right at home here at this beautiful oceanfront oasis just a block from the North Fishing Pier. Furnished with all the comforts for a great stay, so just kick back, relax and enjoy being right on the beach.
The thoughtfully curated living room offers new sofa bed and chairs, SmartTV with cable and wifi so you can relax after a day at the beach. The large couch is also a queen sleeper. The gorgeous expanded kitchen with everything from cookware, silverware to appliances offers the opportunity to prepare your own meals.
Step out onto the deck from the living room and soak in the views! You don't want to miss the sunrises on the large and comfortable deck chairs and cup of coffee (or maybe it calls for a mimosa) definitely worth waking up early for! Perfect place to watch the evening wind down with a book or just a glass of wine. If you're like us - you'll not be able to stop taking pictures - often time shrimp boats cruise by and we especially love watching the dolphins play right in front.
This is the place for a trip to just relax and unwind - a romantic getaway - a week in the sun.
The pool is just steps away and there is a small garage to keep your beach equipment. Parking is right in front.
You can walk to the North End Pier now hosts "Carolina Beach Pier" with the Tiki Bar or the High Tide Lounge and access to Freeman Park Beach. We are away from the busy and hussle of the Boardwalk area
Our goal is to provide a comfortable and calming environment for our guests to relax and enjoy. Don’t miss this fabulously located second floor end unit condo that has all of the amenities for an amazing stay!

A excellent spot in Carolina Beach. The condo was pristine and very well-equipped. We loved sitting on the covered porch watching the activity on the beach and listening to the ocean. Walking into town along the shore was easy, and there are lots of great places to grab a bite or a beverage. The ferry to Southport also made for a nice day trip. The hosts were very accommodating and helpful, and when we return we plan to stay here!

We had an amazing time here! The view and sound of the waves were perfect and we loved being close to the beach and boardwalk but on the quieter end of the beach . Look forward to coming back !

Beach vacation of a lifetime!!

Renee and Bill's beach home was exactly as described. It was the perfect get away! A gorgeous view of the ocean from the porch and a lovely kitchen were the highlights of our stay. The location could not have been better, a 5 minute drive from the shops in town. I loved it and can not reccomend this beach condo enough!!

Wonderful!

My husband and I really enjoyed this condo. Everything we needed and the location was amazing. Sure, we had to walk on the road a bit before accessing beach, but it was not far at all! Also loved the tiki bar which was a very short walk! My only complaint was it was colder than we hoped for so could not enjoy the pool. Maybe next time. Renee was also great to work with. If you are looking for a peaceful place to stay right on the beach, this is your condo.

Very clean and tasteful condo

Super clean and updated. Comfy bed!! We were seriously disappointed when we arrived to find the closest beach access was a block away, and that the pool is across the street. We made do, the beach cart provided was most appreciated. Overall we had a great beach trip, but we wouldn't book again just because of the lack of beach access. You cannot get closer to the water though, gorgeous views.

But the corps of engineers come back and rebuild all the beaches all along this coast every couple years. I agree the view from our deck could not be any better - the beach will be back and I hope you might come back in the future again too. :-)

Carolina beach house

Small but nice condo on the beach. Building very old and in need of a facelift. Unit has a great view of the ocean but unfortunately you have to walk down the street a bit for beach access. A lot of light comes into the bedroom in the morning so impossible to sleep in. Queen bed is comfortable but small when you’re used to a King.

Sue, I'm surprised and sorry that you were disappointed with your stay. We try very hard to be sure all the details including sq footage, size of beds, pool access etc. are noted in our description. We also strive to make sure our place is very clean following Covid19 cleaning recommendations. Our building is slated to update siding and paint this fall 2020 (after the busy season). It does state in our description the current beach access condition due to recent erosion. I hope you were able to at least catch a glimpse of the glorious sunrise during your 2 night stay.

Peaceful, relaxing with a beautiful view to drink your coffee and watch the sunrise. Very clean and updated. Only cons we had was the absence of the beach access in which couldn’t be helped and we rented a golf cart for the week that was to tall for the garage. But I bought a heavy extension cord to run outside to charge the cart. Problem solved.

1st Wedding Anniversary Trip

This was the best beach trip we have had in a long time plus it was our 1st Wedding Anniversary! The property had such a gorgeous view of the ocean that we got to enjoy everyday. It was so peaceful and relaxing there and the condo was very clean. We absolutely loved to get up and watch the sunrise over the ocean while eating our breakfast on the balcony every morning. The location of the condo is not far from the boardwalk and many restaurants so it was in a great location for sure. We definitely want to come back here again in the future!

We love staying on the Northside of Carolina Beach! This property was just as explained. It’s about 1.5 miles from the boardwalk which is a perfect stroll down the beach feeling the wind from the ocean in your hair and sand in your toes. We postponed our 15 yr anniversary because of Covid restrictions so this trip was to celebrate our 15th. Renee and Bill went above to make it special. Everything was perfect! Thank you both so much for letting us rent your place.

Great Condo in a Great Location

Perfect oceanfront retreat

This was the perfect oceanfront retreat for my husband and myself. You can't be any closer to the ocean without being in it! The view from the deck is amazing! While there is no direct access to the beach at the condo, there is access just down the street. You can also walk to Freeman Park from here. The condo itself was very clean and very nicely updated. All of the pictures are accurate! It has everything you will want or need for your stay. The property owners are great to deal with and are ready to help with any issues although, I'm happy to say, we had none. The housekeeper is even available if needed. Highly recommend!!

Perfect Condo

My husband and I spent the past week at this condo and it was exceptional. The place was clean, beautifully decorated and stocked with everything you need. The view was spectacular. We felt like we were on the water. It was a very peaceful and relaxing week. Will definitely be going back.

We have 5 daughters between us, some with families of their own. Carolina Beach has always been our favorite beach getaway. Why they chose this property

Upon staying in another unit at Seascape for a long weekend, we fell in love with this Condo Community! It's perfectly located near the north pier, right on the beach, steps to the sand, great pool right there, cozy and in our favorite Carolina Beach! The places here are just right for couples young and old or for a girls getaway!

What makes this property unique

We love this place- it feels like our home away from our home! The views in the morning are breathtaking and worth getting up early for. The kitchen is to "die-for" and just beautifully appointed. and everything you need is here. We are situated about a mile from the boardwalk (perfect walk or bike distance). Close to restaurants, bars, and shopping. The North End Pier is one block away and then it's open to Freeman Park a natural beach that is perfect for exercise or shell collecting. We have a small garage to holds our beach chairs, beach buggy, umbrellas, boogie boards, BBQ and beach toys. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Parking is easy too, so no worry about where to park even in high season. Everything you need is here...
