Come enjoy this clean and spacious basement apartment in a quite hillside neighborhood only 10 minutes from downtown and 5 minutes from the University of Alaska Fairbanks. You can enjoy the endless summer days and magical winter nights close to all the local amenities. The apartment has comfortable furnishings, WiFi, flat screen TV, functional kitchen, and your own personal laundry. Our family lives above the apartment, which means if you need anything we are right there to help, assist, or give suggestions on all the exciting adventures you can have in Alaska. You will hear minimal noise from our lives up above, but don't let that deter you from staying in this great apartment in a beautiful part of Fairbanks.
