This unique home in a ski-in/ ski-out community at a world class resort redefines the mountain chalet. Contemporary lines and finishes such as heated cement floors and ceiling-to-floor windows give this home a dramatic appeal. The dining room table of reclaimed Douglas fir re purposed from the flooring of box car beds creates a wonderful gathering place for family and friends . The heated drive and decks makes for easy access and winter enjoyment of this mountain home. The large ski room is on ground level and has a resort boot and glove dryer in addition to garage and exterior ski racks. The living areas in this newly constructed home are completely on the on the second level making the home flow and ease of living. Skier's Roost has two masters, each with king beds. The bunk room contains two built in queens with twin beds above. Maximum capacity is 10. Each bedroom boasts full resort style bathrooms. The main level has a powder room well as the ski room. Rarely is this home occupied without the warm glow of the interior and exterior fireplace and pit. Please "Ask Manager a Question" prior to booking for additional information.

Perfection!!

Incredible home...can't wait to stay again! Ski in/ski out was just perfect for our group of 8. We loved the open spaces inside to gather, the hot tub after a long day on the slopes, the ski room & boot heater...all the touches were there to make our stay wonderful.

Beautiful well appointed modern house

We loved the Skiers Roost house! Beautiful gated neighborhood, nearby helpful property manager, very nice welcome gift, fabulous kitchen and baths, comfy beds and linens, and the use of anything in the pantry, which was well stocked with anything you’d need for cooking. Nice living area with comfortable large seating and fireplace and fire pit outside. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly.

Amazing Modern Ski In/Out Compound

Very new and modern house with all the amenities. Exceptionally set up for a large group (we had 8). Friendly and communicative owner who’s very responsive and accommodating to requests. True ski in/out capability without long walks carrying gear. Awesome mountain with varied terrain and ample snowfall. What more can you ask for?

Great house in a great location!

This was an amazing house in a great location in Winter Park. The house is in a quiet, gated community just steps from the Mary Jane side of the mountain. The house is wide open with HUGE windows to enjoy the outside beauty - we were fortunate to have some fresh snow while we were there. It felt like we were sitting inside a snow globe! The house was well appointed with everything you need....highly recommend! The property manager and the owners were very easy to work with. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home!
