Ideally located in a dead end in a quiet residential area 2.5km from the lake and downtown Annecy, you can rest on the deckchairs by the secure swimming pool, or enjoy the region (mountain hikes, swimming or walk by the lake, water sports such as paddle-windsurfing-water skiing- boat rentals ..., bike rides on the cycle path which passes near the house and continues to the end of the lake. ..)

A bus stop (direct line to the city center) is located at the exit of the housing estate.
A piano, table tennis, table football, badminton and several bikes are available. There is also a tennis club or a golf course by the lake.
You will have all the necessary comfort: washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, Magimix robot, Soda-Steam, induction hob, Magimix filter coffee maker, Nespresso, toaster, oven, microwave, barbecue, TVs flat screen and DVD players, Bose smartphone station.

Beautiful property

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house is just as pictured, very comfortable, high standards of cleanliness and very well equipped with everything we needed. The pool area was lovely with good quality furnishings in the outside area. The location is in a quiet, safe residential neighbourhood with great transport links to the town centre. Would highly recommend

Wonderful Stay!

They were wonderful hosts! We were there during the heat wave and they provided fans for us in each of the rooms. They were very prompt with responses. The house was beautiful and perfect for my family of five.The boys loved the pool. We also used the bikes a lot as well. Overall, it was a five star stay!

très agréable maison parfaitement située

Nous avons passé dix jours en famille dans cette maison, nous avons apprécié sa situation proche d'un arrêt de bus qui permet de gagner le centre ville d'Annecy en dix minutes et gratuitement en été, la proximité de plusieurs restaurants (moins de dix minutes à pied),elle est bien équipée, la piscine et les extérieurs sont très agréables. Petit bémol il n'y a pas la climatisation et il fait vite chaud surtout au premier étage, mais on nous avait quand même laissé à disposition des ventilateurs. Sinon mention très spéciale à la charmante concierge qui nous a accueilli et renseigné sur la maison. Elle mérite l'augmentation que les propriétaires lui ont promise. Propriétaires avec qui j'ai eu l'occasion de communiquer au téléphone et qui sont très sympathiques et à l'écoute également.

Wunderschönes Haus mit tollem Pool in gemütlicher Lage

Das Haus ist super eingerichtet, alles was man braucht ist da. Auch die Küche ist super ausgestattet und weist eine schöne Kochinsel auf an der man auch noch gemütlich sitzen kann. Das Sahnestück ist aber mit Sicherheit der wunderschöne Garten mit Tischtennistisch und einem sensationellen Pool von ca. 9x4m Grösse. Er ist also wirklich gross genug um auch ein paar Züge schwimmen zu können. Die Fotos werden dem Haus und dem Pool nicht gerecht, es war in Wirklichkeit noch viel schöner und der Gartenbereich ist in Wirklichkeit auch grösser als er auf den Fotos scheint. Die Besitzer Laurent und Marylène sind sehr nett und erklären alles detailliert. Wenn wir wieder nach Annecy kommen, würden wir sicher wieder hier absteigen.
