Hyères Villa 5 pers. south facing sea view residential park of Mont des oiseaux
A small villa (60 m²), facing south, with a wonderful sea view facing the Giens peninsula. An attractive price because this year because we do not yet have an online review: take advantage! You can also view my profile as an owner or tenant.
The French Riviera in peace, the 4 km from the nearby Almanarre beach as well as the hyeres islands.
The residence of the Mont des Oiseaux is a hill, planted with pine trees, accessible from Hyères or Carqueiranne by a private road. The house was built by my parents, facing the sea which it overlooks and we have just completely redone the living room-kitchen-separate WC. the bathroom is simple but functional. It is an owner's house that I only rent for a few weeks a year. From the terrace the view is magnificent. You will find a parasol and we hope you will not need the television!
You will enjoy the whole house with the exception of the basement cellar where I store my personal belongings.
The kitchen / living room has just been refurbished. The parents' room is equipped with a bed of 140 new mattresses and that of the children with 2 solid bunk beds and a drawer bed of 80/190, new mattress.
I will not be present to welcome you but I will be represented on site to check in and check out and present the house to you. I will be reachable by phone personally. A guide to the house and all the instructions for using household appliances are gathered in the living room, as well as tourist guides of the region.
The terrace (15 m²) is standard but is suitable for young children under the supervision of their parents. The downstairs room is a non-rented personal cellar.
The residence's private road is closed by an access barrier, which limits traffic. A ramp leads to the house and the car turns over on the median in front.
The Mont des oiseaux residence is accessible by the sea road from Hyeres (5 km) to Carqueiranne (3 km). the nearest beach, the almanarre, a windsurfing spot, is 2 km away.
Bus for hyeres, carqueiranne and toulon, cycle path at 250m. Toulon hyeres train station and airport 5 km
