Includes central A/C in all rooms of the condo, remodeled master shower, full kitchen supplied with everything you need for cooking and serving, full-sized washer & dryer, beach equipment (chairs, umbrella, water toys, boogie boards, towels, cooler, NO Snorkel gear due to Covid 19), high-speed WiFi, Premuim cable on 47" & 32" TVs, bedroom ceiling fans, plus floor fan. Bonus items are Pack n' Play crib, Child-size blow-up beds with electric inflator. On site swimming pool and hot tub currently being renovated expected completion date is December 11, 2023.

Great place to stay in S.Kihei

The location makes this place a great find. Lots of access nearby. I’d recommend calling the owner ahead to make sure the lock has the correct combo, otherwise a great place to stay.

Great amenities and beach access

We appreciated the beautifully decorated condo that was just across the street from the beach so we could walk nightly for the sunsets. The hosts provided helpful recommendations to restaurants and made our check in process seamless. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others.

Convenient location in Kihei.

Excellent stay. Responsive hosts. Clean condo. We forgot a glasses case and they made sure we got it back.Close to everything you want in Kihei. Highly recommended!

Across the street from Charlie Young beach

The property is clean and well stocked. There is a lot of attention to details such as extra batteries for remotes. I especially appreciate owner having some cooking oil and spices in the kitchen. When traveling I always find it annoying to buy these little things that only use them once or twice so it's great to see them in the kitchen. Beach toys are also available, including body boards and snorkel sets. Small children will like the sand toys. The parking space is directly to the pathway to stairs so loading and unloading is easy. However we had a minivan and the cars next to us are parking on the lines so we decided to park at the visitor spot to avoid damage to the rental car. Smaller cars should be ok. Overall we had a great time. Thank you.

After booking, I was excited to stay here but that changed quickly at arrival. First, this unit is NOT ADA/WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE. We had someone with disabilities who luckily could climb stairs after taking the elevator, but if they were fully wheelchair-bound, there'd be no way to access the unit without being carried.Next, at check-in, the electronic lock didn’t work with the code provided in our check-in instructions. There was no physical key or backup option. I called the only number listed for the unit on Vrbo and despite notifying the host of our time of arrival 24 hours ahead, I was sent to voicemail over 10 times and left waiting in the heat for nearly 30 minutes. When contact was made, only one of several backup codes worked. I asked for a local contact in case of further lock issues, and was given a housekeeper’s number—not a property manager, though the AOA rules (provided in-unit) require one. Other issues: Moldy washer—strong odor and visible mold in the rubber ring (more mold than can be attributed to climate). Supplied towels smelled mildewed. Also, binder info in-unit conflicted with VRBO info, both places w/ incorrect info than was supplied by host when talked with on phone during lock issue. Was only made aware there was a separate code to access the communities pool when I was on the phone with the host trying to find a code that worked for unit lock. Overall, updates needed w/check-in process and condo info along with better communication.

Return visit to paradise!

This was our 2nd time at this gorgeous, comfortable property - perfect for our multigenerational family - kitchen was well stocked and helped us eat in almost every night, and every breakfast. Beach across the street was my son’s fave on the island. Easy walk to supermarket, shave ice, stores. So great having boogie boards, beach toys, umbrella. Two bathrooms also made getting cleaned up after the beach quicker and more comfortable. We can’t wait to book our 3rd visit!

Great location, clean, has everything you need

Pros: responsive owner, great location, well stocked with beach items, AC, very clean, walking distance to beach, park and restaurants. The owner has thoughtfully provided many of the items that we would have otherwise had to run out and buy such as, soap, shampoo, conditioner, paper towels, tissues, beach towels etc. Cons: hot tub is under construction, large construction project right next door. Very loud during the day which was fine because we were mostly out during the day. Quiet and peaceful in the evening. Overall, excellent place to have as your home base for a Maui vacation.

Great Family Getaway

We stayed during May, and this was an excellent vacation apartment. The place is a bit darker than the photos portray, and the quarters are quite close, but the amenities are what drew us to this property. Umbrellas, chairs, snorkel gear are all included, and this is literally a 5 minute leisurely walk to the two different beaches. My wife, 3 kids and I had an excellent vacation here. The kitchen has plenty of dishes for preparing light meals, which helps save on money as food in Maui is ridiculously expensive. Eating out for 5 was $50-$100 per meal most times. Overall, a great stay.
