Business or Holiday Rental in Modern House
Close to rail and bus links to many different locations such as Preston, Manchester, Liverpool, Blackpool and the Cumbrian. Very comfortable and mod cons included.
This is a modern 3 bedroom house situated in a quiet residential estate. The Bedrooms are an adequate size which will sleep guest accordingly: main bedroom, double bed with en-suite, second bedroom with double bed, third bedroom with a single bed. In addition, there is also a main Bathroom, with a shower over the bath. There is also a well equipped kitchen/diner and a lounge with TV and gaming.
*Please note, the dining area has a bar table with 4 high chairs*
There is also use of a rear garden with a grass area, small patio and furniture. This can be accessed from the dining area.
This would be a excellent property for a holiday or even business purposes. Why stay in a hotel room when you can have access to the whole property for much less!!

Myself and my partner use this as a second home. My partner is from the area so has family living nearby.
Why they chose this property
We chose this as it was a new build back in 2013. It offers simple, fuss free living and is adequate for what we need. It is located on a quite estate, in a small town.
What makes this property unique
The house is very well located for access to Preston, Blackpool, Blackburn, Wigan, Manchester, Liverpool and the Lake District as they are all within a 45 minute drive. There is also a train station which is a 15 minute walk away and that again will take you to many locations. There is a lovely range of cafes and bars in the area as well as offering links to more rural area where you can find lovely waterside spots.
