Four TVs (1-50in, 2-32in, 1-30in) all with ROKU streaming capabilities. Two DVD Players and wireless internet access, Roku Streaming device. Videos, screened porch and covered porch with furniture, enclosed outside shower with hot and cold water, gas grill. Located in the heart of Oak Island, close to many attractions and restaurants. Within walking distance to ice cream shops, beach shops, putt putt and more. Close proximity to beach (8–10-minute walk), also short walking distance to Food Lion. Enjoy the public boat ramp with access to the Intracoastal Waterway at the end of the next street over.

Though pets are not allowed, please note that a dog may be present during an owner stay for those guests who are allergic to pets.

Great location and great for my family! Really enjoyed the screened in porch and the large open area under the house. We aren’t hard to please and loved our stay! Could use a few updates (towel racks that were broken in bathroom, lights a little dim/dated).

The house was very clean and just like the pictures, if not better. We rented a golf cart which made it much better to get to the beach. I would definitely recommend driving north a few streets for better parking opportunities for ocean front when going. We didn't have any issues at all other than a repairman showing up unexpectedly. I wish we would have been contacted prior to a stranger showing up at the front door and wanting to look at the dishwasher. The repairman was nice, looked at the appliance, saw nothing wrong with it and left. It just caught us a little off guard. That incident wouldn't be enough to keep us from staying there again. It was a great vacation with a wonderful location and accomodations!

The house was Beautiful. Prime location for us, near food lion restaurants and quick ride to beach. Property was quick to respond when we wanted to add a night, texts either updates was great. One of our favorite beach trips. Will definitely be booking again.

VACATION 2021

HOME IS NICE ESPECIALLY ENJOYED SIDE SCREENED PORCH PEST CONTROL IS NEEDED FOR WASP AND SPIDERS OUTSIDE ON RAILINGS OF PORCHES. HAD A VERY RELAXING AND FUN TIME
