Apartment located in the center, in a residence of 28 apartments, built in 1977. Close to shops, daycare centers and children's activities, ice rink open in winter. 300 meters from alpine ski departures (Champ Giguet) and ESF but also cross-country skiing (thanks to the Beauregard cable car). Beautiful view of the village and mountains.

CABIN: 4.30 m2 (parquet floor) 2 single beds (80) bunk beds (forbidden for children under 6), north window,

BATHROOM: 3.32 m2, a sink with low cabinet, a shower, toilet,

DINING ROOM: 17.34 m2 (parquet floor) 1 convertible click-clack 2 persons (140), television, large bay window overlooking a south-facing balcony terrace of 6.48 m2, beautiful view of the village and slopes,

KITCHEN AREA: 3.20 m2 (tiled floor) sink, 4 vitroceramic hobs, oven, microwave, refrigerator with 237 L freezer, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, raclette appliance, elements with all necessary kitchen items

Not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
