Stylish, Comfortable, Downtown Charmer

This is a newly opened, stylish, comfortable, two-story condo in a historic Downtown Charleston building. The building has been completely remodeled and refurbished with an exquisite attention to detail and no expense spared. All new appliances and furnishings throughout the rental. In the morning, walk down the stairs to the coffee/art/book store, serving delicious breakfast and lunch. The building is in the Cannonborough/Elliotborough Neighborhood, home to quaint shops, bars and eateries and only four blocks from King Street, Charleston's main drag. A lot of attention to detail and love went into the design and construction of this rental, separating it from other sterile remodels. You will not want to leave!

Very Nice House

The house/apartment is really nice. We enjoyed being there. We had a few issues but all were resolved. The owner told us about a great pizza place (D’Allesandro’s Pizza). It was really good. I would have liked some measuring spoons and cups but we made do by eyeballing it. Great location.

This apartment and location were perfect for us and our college-age kids. Nice decor and comfy beds. Bonus points awarded for the album collection. :) If we'd had another day, we would have explored the immediate neighborhood a little more. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

This property is such a jewel. My family spent Christmas here. It is in a great location. It is close to King Street and many other historical sites. We found the apartment clean and comfortable. Although we had a problem with ice maker and a couple other issues, Jessica was very quick to respond and get things handled the same day. We enjoyed our visit to Charleston very much….a beautiful city!

Great property in a perfect location

We had a fantastic stay here! This property was absolutely wonderful. It was far enough away from King Street that we didn't have to deal with the late night noise but still easily walkable for downtown. It was nice to have a place with everything we needed (including the washer/dryer) that was comfortable for us to stay in. The property managers were great with communication and responsiveness; when I had questions during our stay they responded almost immediately. I would definitely recommend this property and stay here again when we come back to Charelston.

Good stay

The place was clean and quiet. From the living room, you can hear some chatter on the street (which is expected in a city area), but once I was in my bedroom, it was very quiet. Everything is as described. The location is very convenient and there was a bit to do within walking distance.

Adorable Apartment in Great Location!

Perfect apartment for couples, friends or family trips! The bedrooms are a great size and there is plenty of common space to spread out in the living area. It was absolutely charming and is located above a cafe where the coffee was delicious and staff were wonderful! It was a very quick drive or mild walk to the main restaurants and shops which was extremely convenient! Garrett and Jessica were both very responsive to any outreach as well. Extremely easy check-in and check-out process. Highly recommend for your next trip to Charleston!!
