Comfortable apartment in good location

Good value , well equipped apartment with easy access to tram and bus network. Owner Ricardo is very kind and helpful. Quickly responded to email when needed assistance.

Excellent stay in Lisbon !

We spent four days in Lisbon with our three young children. There was enough place for the whole family with three seperated bedrooms. The apartment is nicely decorated, functional, clean and well located. Small shops, bakeries and bus / tramway stations are nearby and however it isn't noisy at all. Last but not least, we really enjoyed the warm welcome of Ricardo and his wife who gave us many suggestions for visiting and eating in and around Lisbon. Family D. from France

Knuffige Ferienwohnung in guter Ausgangslage

Klein aber fein. Es ist alles da, was man so braucht. Zu beachten ist allerdings, sie liegt im 4. Stock und hat kein Aufzug. Gute Ausgangslage zum Erkunden von Lissabion.

Ricardo is very friendly, helpful, accomodating

This apt is beautifully decorated, very clean. It has everythi.g you need , the fridge is a little small, so dont buy a lot that needs refridgeration all at once. Is is close to transit and alfame is within walking distance. Ricardo is excellent, I would higly recommend this place and woulf stay there again.

Ricardo nous a accueilli à notre arrivèe à Lisbonne et nous a conseillé sur les points d'intérêts à voir. L'appartement est propre, agréable et est idéallement situé. Prenez de bonnes chaussures de marche si comme nous vous souhaitez vous balader. Nous avons passé un super séjour. Merci Ricardo.

L'appartement est conforme à la description. Ricardo est sympa et avenant. Par contre la literie est moyenne (matelas à ressorts usé ) et la propreté moyenne. Nous avons vu un cafard (un seul) le dernier jour avant de partir. Nous ne l'avons pas signalé à Ricardo car nous étions préoccupés par une perte de clé de voiture pour le retour. Globalement satisfait car très bien situé et calme.

Appartement un peu petit dans un quartier calme, bien situé, tout près de la ligne de tram 28 dont on parle beaucoup. Un grand MERCI au propriétaire très à l'écoute, toujours prêt à nous aider en cas de besoin.

appartement parfait pour visiter lisbonne

appartement très bien situé , bien équipée, chambres spacieuses, décorer avec gout et très propre et proche de tout alimentation, pharmacie etc..., nous étions une famille de 6 avec 4 enfants qui ont adoré. MERCI BEAUCOUP au propriétaire qui a était super sympa avec beaucoup de conseil pour passer un bon moment a lISBONNE.

Un très bon moment à Lisbonne

Un appartement agréable, simple et propre pour visiter Lisbonne en famille ou entre amis. 2 lits doubles et 2 lits superposés permettent de coucher 6 personnes. Il n y a qu une salle de bain mais qui est très bien. La cuisine est agréable si l on veut prendre un repas sur place, chose que l on a pas fait. La proximité de la fameuse ligne 28 (le vieux tramway de lisbonne) passe juste à côté ce qui permet d accèder rapidement au centre se la vielle ville. Et le quartier de Graça est beaucoup plus tranquille pour dormir que le centre ville. Appartement à recommander.

Très bon séjour

Nous avons réservé l'appartmeent de Ricardo pour le weekend de pâques. L'appartement est très bien situé, à 2minutes à pieds d'une station du célèbre tram 28 (tram jaune) . Vous ne serez pas en plein cœur de Lisbonne mais c'est à 5 min en tram et 10 minutes à pieds. Le quartier est calme. L'appartement est très bien agencé et décoré avec goût. Il y a 2 belles chambres avec lit double et 1 chambres avec 1 lit superposé. La cuisine petite mais comme nous avons mangé à l'extérieur, cela ne pose aucun problème. Ricardo est vraiment un hôte parfait. Sa femme et lui ont été pleins de bons conseils pour nous guider sur les choses à faire/voir, bus à prendre... Il est même venu nous chercher au métro et nous à raccompagner à l'aéroport. Le servie est donc au top !
