– Check-in and check-out are done in person by our team, offering a complete introduction to the property, answering any questions, and personally handing over and collecting the keys.

– At the time of booking, the guest will receive access to an online platform where they can easily book activities, boats, bicycles, cars, restaurants, transport services and other complementary services, all integrated into the booking confirmation.

Note 1. Final cleaning fees are included in the rental price. This does not relieve the client of their obligation to care for the property during their stay. Note 2. In accordance with current regulations in the Balearic Islands, all tourist accommodations are required to charge guests aged 16 and over the age of 16 the Tourist Tax, which is subsequently paid to the Regional Authorities.



Note 3. Electricity consumption is included in the accommodation price.



Note 4. In properties where an extra bed can be added, and always subject to availability, the cost will be €15 per person per day. Additionally, where possible, a protective fence for the pool can be added at a cost of €13 per linear meter. Please check availability.



Note 5. Check-in after 10:00 PM incurs an additional charge of €30, and after midnight, €50. However, self check-in with a welcome from staff is available the following day. When possible, late check-out is subject to availability and costs €90 until 1:00 PM and €160 until 4:00 PM.

Wonderful Villa!

We have just returned from this wonderful villa and had a brilliant time! The location was great, the host was very helpful and the villa was perfect! We were a group of 30 year olds and felt the villa was perfect for us, would suit families really well too. It had everything we needed and more! Very enjoyable, value for money and would certainly reccomend to stay here!

Lovely secluded location

Overall the house was great, the air conditioning worked well in the bedrooms. The location meant the kids could be as noisy as they liked without upsetting anyone. The only areas it didn't really exell was around some of the fixtures and crockery (only one bedside light in the double room, only one large glass for beer or GnT, coffee maker quite old).

Ruhige Familienvilla

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Woche in der Villa Vernissa. Unsere kleine 3-jĂ€hrige Tochter stand jeden Morgen gerne auf, um den Pool zu genießen! Die große Auswahl an Spielzeug und SpielgerĂ€ten hielt sie stundenlang unterhalten. Das Haus und die GĂ€rten fĂŒhlten sich sogar noch grĂ¶ĂŸer als auf den Fotos an. Wir wĂŒnschten nur, wir hĂ€tten mehr Freunde gekauft, um den Raum optimal zu nutzen. Wir waren etwas besorgt ĂŒber die Lage, aber es war perfekt fĂŒr uns, da es einfach war, die nördlichen Berge und die sĂŒdlichen StrĂ€nde zu erkunden. C'an Picafort war auch viel besser als wir erwartet hatten und wir genossen es, entlang der Strandpromenade, Restaurants, GeschĂ€ften usw. zu spazieren. Wir kamen spĂ€t an, um einchecken zu können, aber er ließ uns die SchlĂŒssel und kam in Kontakt (versteckt durch Airbnb) und erlaubte uns auch spĂ€ter auszuchecken, was eine große Hilfe war, seit wir frĂŒh mit einem Kind gegangen waren es ist nicht leicht Vielen Dank fĂŒr einen hervorragenden ersten Familienurlaub

Villa in ruhiger Umgebung

Dies ist ein wunderschönes Haus mit viel Licht und Raum - und mit bequemen Betten und einem großartigen Fernseher. Wir hatten GlĂŒck mit dem Wetter fĂŒr Juny und wir lieben es, den Pool zu genießen. Das Haus ist nur wenige Kilometer von den SandstrĂ€nden von Playa de Muro entfernt, also wirklich gut fĂŒr Familien, aber gleichzeitig ist es sehr privat und fernab vom Trubel. Alles in allem ist es ein tolles Ferienhaus und wir wĂŒrden wieder hier ĂŒbernachten.

Ruhe und Entspannung am Stadtrand

Perfekte Villa abseits vom LĂ€rm, nur 2 Minuten von der schönen Stadt Santa Margalida und 10 Minuten vom Strand von Can Picafort entfernt. Die Kinder haben den Pool und das BBQ genossen, wir schĂ€tzen auch die Ruhe und Stille, die in der Umgebung atmet, um zu lesen, sich zu entspannen und sogar die typische "spanische Siesta" zu genießen. Das Haus ist sehr komfortabel und gut ausgestattet. so empfohlen, dass wir zurĂŒckkehren wollen

So quiet and peaceful

The whole process was amazing, checking in was smooth, the property is adequately well equipped and the pool was perfect. The location is very remote which is exactly what we were looking for, but close enough to beaches and Alcudia.

Sehr gerĂ€umiges und gut gelegenes Haus, um gemeinsam mit Freunden und der Familie die Ruhe der Natur zu genießen. Der perfekte Pool und es gibt mehrere StrĂ€nde, die nur 10 Autominuten entfernt sind. Wir nutzten die Gelegenheit, um mehrere Fahrradrouten zu unternehmen und kleine StĂ€dte im Inneren von Mallorca-Petra, Sineu, Maria zu entdecken ... Schöne Finca mit MÀngeln

Die Finca ist sehr schön und ruhig gelegen mit einem tollen Pool. Es gibt genĂŒgend Liegen. Die Betten sind gut. KĂŒchenutensilien wie Salz, Pfeffer, SpĂŒlmittel fehlen. Backofen kaputt. Internet geht 5 von 14 Tagen nicht (wurde auf Netzanbieter verwiesen). Das gröbste Problem ist das untere WC, welches in einer speziellen Holzkonstruktion eingebaut ist. Man sitzt auch einer Holzplatte. Man bemerkte sofort ungute GerĂŒche. Bei genauerer Betrachtung haben wir das Holz angehoben und wir haben den Grund fĂŒr den beissenden Uringeruch entdeckt-hier wird/wurde nicht ordentlich sauber gemacht. Diese Holzkonstruktion gehört beseitigt. Wir sind meist auf das obere WC gegangen was mit Kind aber oft mĂŒhsam ist. Lage: perfekt 7 minuten zur Playa Muro, 3 Minuten nach Santa Margalida, 15 Min nach Son Serra, 35 Min nach Palma. Aufgrund des unteren WCs kommt fĂŒr uns kein erneuter Aufenthalt in Frage.

Schön, sauber, gut ausgestattet. Sogar das FrĂŒhstĂŒck fĂŒr den ersten war bereitgestellt. Besonders hervorzuhaben ist, dass bei jedem kleinen Problemchen sofort der Service kommt. Hatten Funktionsschwierigkeiten vom elektr. Tor und WLAN. Einzig die TĂŒren gehören mal frisch einstellt, hier klemmt die ein oder andere.

Schöne Finca fĂŒr Familien

Wir (zwei Erwachse und zwei Kinder) waren fĂŒr zwei Wochen Mitte September in diesem schönen Anwesen. Die Anreise war dank genauem Standort via WhatsApp und hinterlegtem SchlĂŒssel perfekt. Auch die Zahlung per Kreditkarte am Objekt war kein Problem. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen inkl. ausfĂŒhrlicher Einweisung in das Haus. Das GrundstĂŒck bietet alles, was zu einem gelungen Familienurlaub dazu gehört: - Ein sehr schöner und sauberer Pool mit leichtem Salzwasser (hautvertrĂ€glicher fĂŒr die Kinder) - Zahlreiche Sonnenliegen - Schaukel, HĂ€ngematte, Trampolin und Tischtennisplatte - FeigenbĂ€ume, OlivenbĂ€ume, ZitronenbĂ€ume und Weintrauben - Ein wunderschöner schattenspendender Baum auf der Terrasse -Gute KĂŒchenausstattung inkl. Holzbackofen und Grill - Klimatisierte SchlafrĂ€ume Außerdem erfreuten sich unserer Kinder besonders an der Katze aus der Nachbarschaft, die uns immer wieder besuchen kam. Dem Stern Abzug gibt es fĂŒr den leichten FluglĂ€rm, der je nach Windrichtung variiert. Aus unserer Sicht ist das Objekt fĂŒr sehr lĂ€rmempfindliche GemĂŒter nicht zu empfehlen. Ansonsten war der Urlaub wirklich perfekt und wir werden sicher zu WiederholungstĂ€tern!

Absolute Entspannung in stiller Umgebung

Diese Finca ist toll und einsam gelegen, kein Nachbar im Umkreis von 500m, nur ab und zu Schafe. Sehr schöner und sauberer Pool mit viel Platz zum liegen, herrlich! Die Schlafzimmer alle ausreichend groß und klimatisiert, saubere BettwĂ€sche und HandtĂŒcher, die einmal in 14d gewechselt wurden. Die Einrichtung und BĂ€der sind schon recht alt, die Dusche zwar sauber, Bad aber klein fĂŒr 5 Personen. Die Sauberkeit im Haus, na ja, man darf da jetzt nicht in die Ecken schauen, aber es hat uns eigentlich nicht gestört, aufgehalten haben wir uns ja meist draußen. Die riesengroße Terrasse mit dem grĂŒnen BlĂ€tterdach eines 40 Jahre alten Maulbeerbaumes ist einfach traumhaft schön, dort kann man wunderbar verweilen und entspannen, vor allem in der HĂ€ngematte. Wir haben oft Tischtennis gespielt, gute SchlĂ€ger sollte man sich selbst gute mitbringen. In der KĂŒche ausreichend viel Geschirr, Besteck, Töpfe ect., absolut ausreichend. Fazit: Ein ganz toller entspannender Urlaub! Wer das urtĂŒmliche Mallorca mag abseits von Bettenburgen und Massentourismus sucht, der ist hier mit einem Mietwagen bestens aufgehoben! Man ist innerhalb von 10 Minuten an schönen StrĂ€nden, in 1 km Entfernung gibt es ein tolles mallorquinisches Restaurant gehobener Klasse. Wir wĂŒrden wiederkommen!

Lovely peaceful property

The location is excellent and relaxing and the children love the facility’s . it feels a very safe place . The check into the villa was excellent . It’s clean and tidy . I have stayed at the villa on 4 occasions and it’s a wonderful property . This year it just felt it needs a bit of a refresh . Juan was excellent at the handover as always and resolved my 1 and only maintenance Issue promptly .

Sehr schöne und ruhige Finca fĂŒr einen entspannten Urlaub. Die Finca liegt in einer schönen Umgebung . Man ist schnell auf Hauptstraßen um die Umgebung und die Insel zu erkunden. Die BĂ€der sind nicht auf dem neuesten Stand aber trotzdem sehr gepflegt. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Perfect family holiday home

We were pleasantly surprised to find the kitchen stocked with goodies when we arrived. Can’t fault the cleanliness of the villa. Lots of nice little touches like floaties for the pool, a swing which our 3 year old loved, and a range of ride on toys for the garden. The villa is in a good position, nice and peaceful but only 7 minutes to the nearest supermarket. We had daily visits from the local herd of sheep which the children loved! Joan was helpful and friendly but not at all intrusive, just a text away if we needed any help. The only reason for not giving the villa 5 out of 5 was because the tv channels were all German, nothing at all in English, and the shower wasn’t very good! Apart from that we had a great stay.
