In the outbuildings of the house of Treuil, recently restored house comprising: - on the ground floor: entrance, large living-dining room with 2 sofas, table football, table for 10, TV (40m²), kitchen, dining room d water-wc and bathroom serving as lingerie, toilet - upstairs: a bathroom-wc, bedroom with 140 bed and washbasin, another room with 140 bed and washbasin, room with 3 beds 90cm and washbasin, room with 2 beds 80 cm (or 1lit 160cm), room-cabin with window and 1 bed 90cm, corridor serving all rooms. GARDEN and access to the rest of the property with under a large ping-pong and foosball. Parking on the property in front of the house. Linen rental possible and extra.

Vacances en famille à oleron

La ferme du Treuil est très bien située, proche d'une belle plage à pied et est un lieu plutôt calme. Cependant, les points suivants sont à améliorer : l'accueil à l'arrivée la rusticité du mobilier : il faut renouveler du mobilier ; certaines chaises ne sont plus utilisables, portes serviettes rouillés... prévoir plus de rangement pour les affaires des vacanciers. la pièce principale n'est pas adaptée aux grandes tailles tout comme le couloir du haut l'escalier n 'est pas adapté aux jeunes enfants, aux personnes âgées déconseillé aussi aux allergiques à la poussière et moisi wifi actif quand les propriétaires sont sur site pas de fermeture à clef sécurisée des locaux partage des extérieurs avec les voisins sur le site de la ferme, mitoyenneté de la location

La maison est grande et relativement confortable : les poutres sont très basses que ce soit au rez-de-chaussée ou au premier. Les escaliers (un intérieur et un extérieur) nécessite une bonne forme physique (attention bébé /petitsenfants et personne ayant le vertige) La seule salle d’eau /Wc de l étage supérieur est dans la cinquième chambre . La mer est à 10 minutes à pied et l’extérieur est grand et très agréable.

Très bon emplacement, au calme, grands espaces extérieurs pour les enfants, arbre permettant de manger à l’ombre. Intérieur rustique, salon-salle à manger assez grand pour 5 adultes et 3 enfants. Par contre poutres basses, protégées mais plus de 1,80m attention. Si nécessaire plage accessible à pieds, environ 10mn. 4 étoiles car ménage approximatif en période de Covid.

Wunderschönes Haus mit viel Charakter in unmittelbarer Strandnähe

Wir (zwei Familien mit erwachsenen Kindern und Enkelkindern) haben zwei Wochen im August in diesem wunderschönen Haus verbracht. Es ist sehr geräumig und bietet innen wie außen genügend Platz für alle erdenklichen Aktivitäten. Vor allem die wunderschöne Linde direkt vor dem Haus bot wohltuenden Schatten während der heißen Mittagszeit. Wir genossen auch die unmittelbare Nähe (10 gemütliche Fußminuten) zu einem herrlichen, nicht überlaufenen Strand. Auch der schöne Pinienwald und die Dünen boten viel Schatten und Möglichkeiten für Jogger und Hundespaziergänge. Es gibt einen sehr guten Bäcker und Fischladen gleich in der Nähe. Auch ist der Intermarche-Supermarkt sehr schnell zu erreichen. Das Haus ist seht gut ausgestattet mit vielen Küchengeräten, Töpfen, Tellern, Besteck usw. Insgesamt haben wir den Aufenthalt in dem Haus sehr genossen und würden gerne wiederkommen.

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine de vacance. La propriété est tout pour plaire. Idéalement située, elle est sur une piste cyclable, proche de plage et de centre-ville qui sont accessibles à pieds et en vélo. La maison est très bien équipée, nous n’avons manqué de rien. Chantal est très réactive à tous les niveaux. Elle s’entoure d’un réseau de professionnels qui interviennent dans les plus brefs délais en cas de besoin. Je remercie Chantal et je recommande vivement sa location.

Außergewöhnliches Haus & tolle Umgebung

Unseren Urlaub in diesem schönen Haus aus dem 15. Jahrhundert haben wir sehr genossen. Der riesige Garten bietet für die Kinder viel Platz zum Spielen & Toben und gleichzeitig einen Platz für Ruhe & Entspannung für die Großen. Die Lage des Hauses ist für Ausflüge sowohl auf der Ile d‘Oleron selbst als auch auf dem Festland perfekt. Der nächste, sehr schöne Strand ist zu Fuß in 10 Minuten erreichbar. Wir können das Haus sehr empfehlen und können uns vorstellen, mal wieder einen Urlaub hier zu verbringen. Vielen Dank an die Vermieterin, die immer prompt auf unsere Anfragen reagiert hat und an die Agentur, die bei Fragen & Anliegen sehr freundlich und kooperativ war. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in diesem außergewöhnlichen Haus!
