Wonderful Property

This is a great place to come with friends and family. The house leaves nothing to be desired and the dock is set up to give you everything you need to relax all day without going back and forth to the house. Enjoyed it and would book again in the future.

Great week!

We enjoyed every minute of our stay. The house was fully stocked and perfect for what we needed. The dock area is incredible- we rented a boat and parked it there and enjoyed using the paddle boards, diving board, fishing poles etc. The cove was calm and quiet.

Relaxing vacation!

We love this property. 2nd time we have stayed with kids and grandkids. Plan to go back in a couple years. Growing up on the lake I know this is a perfect location with quiet cove. House everything you could ever want. Thanks to the hosts.

Perfect location. Management was very prompt and accommodating! Everything you’d ever need for your stay, they provide. Extremely clean and even had bumpers on corners of glass tables for little ones. They thought of everything!

The perfect home at LOTO!

Everything about this place was perfect for our annual family vacation with 9 adults--the location (right across from the Grand Glaize Bridge), the quiet cove, the nearby boat launch, the dock with a slip for our boat, all the "toys" on the dock, the setup of the house, the amenities provided in the house for cooking and relaxing, the roomy bedrooms, the screened in porch, and especially the excellent hosts, who were super quick to answer any questions, were very accommodating, and made our stay so enjoyable. We would highly recommend!

Family Vacation

My family and I stayed at Melanie’s home and this was our 2nd year staying in this home. This house is very clean, stocked with many basic essentials and one that accommodates by large family. We spent time on the deck playing cards and enjoyed the dock as well. Everyone had a great time and it’s the best home we’ve stayed at on the lake. It’s in a quieter cove which we enjoyed but still close to restaurants to enjoy. Thanks for hosting us Melanie😉

Great vacation place!

We had a great time at this property. It has everything you need to enjoy time in the water. Literally, all you need to bring is food and clothes - they have everything else available to use in and outside of the house. The house is in great shape and very accommodating with different seating options. The dock is AMAZING! Such a great place to hang out all day/evening. We enjoyed having a slip for our pontoon boat and enjoyed all the outside toys they provided.

Perfect Property and Host!

Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us this past week. You are definitely a premier host! The endless amenities were phenomenal! Our kids and grandkids commented daily on how great everything was. A truly "Sweet Retreat!"

My family and I (parents, siblings, spouses, nieces, nephews, etc.) stayed at Melanie and Rick's lake house and it was absolutely perfect! The house was immaculate and spacious enough for our entire family. The dock was amazing and you could not beat the cove and location. Melanie and Rick were a pleasure to rent from and were quick to answer any questions and/or offer suggestions and recommendations. 10/10 We enjoyed it so much we have already booked for next summer! Great Stay w/ family & friends!

We stayed Sat thru Thursday and the house was great. House was very clean, large and well stocked. They had extra tooth paste, beach towels, kitchen utensils etc. This house has a high dive, lilly pad, boat slip and lots of space. It has a fire fit and dock that had life jackets, tv and table. This house exceeded our expectations and the nicest one we’ve stayed in as a family. We enjoyed its on a quieter cove on lake but close to Shorty’s & Dog Days. Beautiful home & they thought of everything!

Great location, beautiful home and amazing dock!

We rented this house with 2 other families. The house has plenty of room and sleeping arrangements. It had everything we needed and then some. Pool table, ping pong, fire pit for s’mores. We spent much of our time on the dock- it was amazing! Diving boards, paddle boat, kayaks are wonderful. The patio furniture is very comfy and a great setup! Melanie was great to work with, very welcoming and responsive. The extras really make this home wonderful. We will definitely be back!

Just pick this one.

This was our 2nd time staying, and likely won’t be our last. The house and dock are our favorite! You just can’t beat the amenities and location for this price. The owners are always super fast to respond to any inquiry, and I always enjoy our chats. I also love the full description in the listing and all of the many photos, they are accurate. So, if this one is in the running for your stay, make the move and book it. Just not on my dates. 😉

Just fantastic!

Top to bottom, wonderful property! The house is exceptional and the dock and its amenities were outstanding! Everything was squeaky clean and comfortable. Plenty of room and bathrooms for everyone. We really had everything we could ask for! The first night, cable TV wasn’t working and the owners took care of it immediately. Communication with them was great, and it felt like they were there for us for whatever we could need. The slope and stairs weren’t as bad as I thought they might be, even for my folks who are in their 70’s. The cove is perfect, deep and quiet with a nice view of nature across the water. I could go on and on… It was perfect, and an unforgettable family vacation. Thanks, you guys!

Simply Awesome!

From the start this experience was awesome! Melanie was at the Top of her game! The property has everything you need! It was just like our home...Clean, well kept, our grandkids loved the dock and plenty of room for both our boats. The Triplets wanted to just stay and move in :-) Thank you! We'll be back for sure!

Perfect week at the lake

We loved everything about our stay! We have stayed in many vacation homes. This one was by far the most well stocked. The owners have thought of everything. The house was clean. Perfect set up for 2 families. The dock has so much to do…diving boards, kayaks, paddle boards. The kids were entertained all week. We loved being able to keep our boat at the dock and our trailer at the house. It was nice to have a view of the main channel, but still be able to enjoy the quiet cove. The owner was easy to work with and quick to respond to questions. We hope to come back again!

Fabulous house

We had a wonderful family vacation at this house. It was everything we wanted and more. House was big enough to accommodate multiple families. There are plenty of activities indoors and outside to please everyone. The dock was amazing with many extras available to use. We will definitely be back.

Excellent Choice

This was one of the best VRBO experiences we've had. We had 3 couples in our group and the house was more than big enough. The dock is huge and they've stocked it like you're at a resort so you'll have everything your group needs to have a great time. We had a small glitch with the TV and the owners were very responsive. I would absolutely book this property again.
