Both units are connected, but great for those who want separate entrances as well. Step out in to the backyard and enjoy al fresco dining, a JACUZZI, a great yard, and New Weber BBQ!!

This is a carriage house originally built in 1924, and now a brand new gorgeous guest cottage. Home has original kitchen from main house transformed and updated to exude a beachy yet farmhouse comfy cozy space. Some pieces brand new while others are original, play together seemlessly to deliver a quaint, rustic, shabby chic feel. Guests will enjoy your own Private backyard used solely for guests of the cottage which includes dining for 8, and a BBQ. Plenty of parking on site, in a secured and gated environment.

The King Size Suite is entirely independent, with parking and a separate entrance. The 1 bedroom is a Queen Bedroom, Living Room, and Full Size Kitchen. In the King Suite enjoy, a mini fridge, toaster-convection oven, Flat screen TV, kitchen essentials, ample spaced bathroom, with shower and plenty of storage. You will have your own private backyard yet you can utilize the entire backyard. There is a pergola and an improvised beach with lounge chairs and kids toys..

Walking distance to Museums, Convention Center, Restaurants, Bars, Nightclubs, Dayclubs, and of course our famous sandy beaches. You are in charge of your own experience!

Just a short walk away, you can hop on the ¨The Local¨ Trolley which circles around South Beach for, wait for it, zero dollars, Yes, completely FREE! Uber and Lyft drivers are here within 2-3 minutes when called, and you can also get ¨SWOOPED¨up by a golf cart for FREE, tips are appreciated for the driver, of course. Otherwise if you like to walk, and meander and get to know your city, this is the very best location form which to do it from. Dont forget City Bikes are located throughout Miami Beach.
