Cozy quiet Fruita retreat

Our home is clean, comfy and 1/2 mile from down town Fruita. Very Important: Our home sleeps 4 adults, No Extra Guests. No gatherings or parties of any kind. We live in a quiet neighborhood and wish to be respectful to our neighbors. Easy access to I-70. We have ring camera at front entrance as well as ring door bell for your security, as well as ours.
Dining, Breweries, gas and groceries a 5 minute drive, Palisade winery, Grand Juntion, Hiking, biking, rafting, fishing, and golf all nearby. Please Do not PARK BIKES in our home, store inside gate in back yard, or west side of house on patio. Both have locks and are secure. Quiet fully fenced private corner lot, Our home will sleep four adults, No Gatherings or Parties please. Fenced back yard 2 outdoor fire places, 6 man zacuzzi , waterfall, multi color lights and huge foot dome. Fully furnished 2b/1b Fully equipped kitchen, keriug coffee, tea and cocoa available. If you like to cook like me, you will find everything you need in my kitchen. Shampoo, conditioner, soap. Hair dryer, curling iron and iron available in bathroom. Front loader washer and dryer detergent provided. Dish soap, trash bags, dish washing soap, are provided. Turkish bath robes and slippers provided. We welcome your trained, housebroken dogs up to 25 lbs, limit (2) please let us know what kind and how many before booking. Please kennel if left unattended. Two Outdoor covered patios, We will not be onsite during your stay, phone numbers will be provided for any questions you may have. We have worked hard to make our back yard oasis a beautiful retreat and hope you enjoy it as much as we do. Again, no parties or gatherings, limit 4 adults, and pre approved dogs. If you have friends in the area please visit them at their place, if something we can improve, please do let us know before leaving a review, as anything less than 5 stars is seen as a negative by Vrbo and by us.

Perfect home base for exploring Fruita

Accessible, well-stocked home with perks

The outdoor spaces, pergola and hot tub, we’re used daily and we’re most enjoyable. The kitchen was extremely well-stocked and the home was clean and comfortable. Our hosts were friendly, responsive and accommodating and we will definitely consider this rental on our return to Colorado’s western slopes.

Excellent home. Within driving distance of many outdoor adventures. Visited 3 National Parks and the Monument is minutes away. Returned to the comfort and convenience of this beautiful home to relax and recharge for the next day’s adventure. Rebecca was a wonderful host.

Perfection

We stayed for a week at this comfortable home while we explored the National Parks in the area. Everything you need is already there for you, you just need to show up. The fenced backyard was a great place to relax with our dog and we enjoyed walking around the neighborhood. We would highly recommend staying here.

Perfect Colorado Home

This property was perfect for our family. We were in town to visit friends and this home was right in their neighborhood. It’s close to everything Fruita has to offer and a stones throw away from the highway for easy access to anything you want to do! Rebecca was a perfect host. Easy to communicate with and answers questions promptly. Their lush backyard and covered patio is the perfect place to sip coffee and enjoy the Mountain View in the morning!

Lovely home in Fruita

My family of three stayed for several days in this home. We enjoyed the back yard, the birds, and the hot tub. The home had everything we needed and was clean and ready for us when we arrived. East check in with a front door combo lock. Quiet neighborhood. Convenient to restaurants and grocery stores.

A wonderful retreat!

We enjoyed staying at this wonderful home! In the heart of Fruita, we were close to all of the attractions that we were looking for, including trails, site seeing, and local dining. The property also gave us wonderful indulgences such as a hot tub and a beautiful sitting area (deck and pergola) while we enjoyed winding down. I do hope to stay here again when we visit Fruita!

Fruita Getaway

Loved the house and the location. House had everything we needed and the host was quick to respond with any question. Fruita was a great place to explore and was so beautiful. The only negative was Vrbo's policy on damage insurance. A $3500 deposit for a 6-night stay is excessive in my opinion. It will make me think twice before booking with Vrbo in the future.

Fruita stay

I was traveling with my elderly Dad and needed a place to stay until we closed on our house. We particularly enjoyed the backyard outdoor space. Peaceful patio and enclosed yard. We played board games and watched the sun set every evening. Beautiful views of the monument!

Great home away from home for you & your furry family!

The property was very clean, organized and just as it was represented in the listing. Everything was easy to find and easy to use along with having anything you could need. Beckie was great to communicate with and super responsive. The large fenced yard in the quiet neighborhood was a huge plus for our dogs. We have 3 wonderful pit bulls that can at times be a deterrent when we're trying to rent a place out of town, but Beckie and Brent were gracious hosts that happily welcomed us and our furry family members. They gave us an opportunity to show them what great house guests we can all be! And we really appreciate it & the wonderful place to stay. We look forward to renting this house from them next time we're in Fruita. I definitely recommend staying here, furry family members or not!

We have lived in the valley for 3 decades. We love travel, hiking, fishing, cooking together and of course soaking in the hot tub. We love to go to church and hang out with kids and grandkids.

Why they chose this property

We bought this property to be closer to family. Previously we owned a house in silt, which is up valley about 60 miles.

What makes this property unique

We chose this property because of the privacy that all the yards allow, we have a 1/4 acre on a corner lot. And love the covered patio where the hot tub is located. Soon we will put french doors and patio off bedroom two, to better utilize our back yard.
