Siehe Bewertungen, alles super. Wohnung sehr gepflegt und voll ausgestattet. Kurze Wege zu Meer und Mar. Vielleicht sollte man bei Buchungen in diesem Zeitraum darüber informieren dass der Pool nicht zur Verfügung steht. Für uns als Meerschwimmer kein Problem, für andere evtl. schon.

The view from the apartment was great, it was amazing to see the sun rise/set from the balcony and roof terrace. Apartment was clean when we checked in. The range of amenities at the apartment was very good, but the pool was closed during our stay in October. There is a barbecue on the roof terrace and a good range of utensils in the kitchen, which is useful for cooking simple meals. The manager Danny was responsive when we contacted him during our stay. Although he doesn't speak English, he tried his best to communicate with us. The area is on the far side of La Manga so it can be difficult to get some top-up shopping. There is a grocery store not far from the apartment but I didn't visit during my stay. Due to pollution, Mar Menor sometimes smelled but this is beyond the owner's control. Things to improve: 1) The internet at the apartment wasn't working for the first 3-4 days because the owner didn't pay the bills. When the wifi was activated, the bandwidth was slow and it was not possible to stream movies. 2) The Netflix on the TV needs updating. 3) Better instructions on how to operate the cooking hob. It took a while to figure out how the dials worked as it was working in a reverse order to the UK, eg dial 1 was max heat. 4) The window on the balcony doesn't stop rain water from seeping into the area. The potted plants on the balcony were soaked and dead and could potentially be breeding ground for mosquitoes. 5) The sewage pipe in the small bathroom stank.

Vacaciones perfectas

El piso tiene todo para disfrutar de unas vacaciones perfectas, comodidad ubicación vistas (impresionantes) ademas de que esta muy cuidado, es un piso idilico para disfrutar de la playa tanto el Mar Menor como el Mar Mediterraneo, y dar las gracias tambien a Dani (conserje y encargado del piso) por su amabilidad simpatia y disponibilidad para cualquier duda o problema que pueda surgir. Bonito apartamento, es un ático con solárium y plaza de garaje. Muy cómodo y con todos los detalles necesarios para pasar unos días de playa. Lo recomiendo.

Séjour dans les étoiles avec superbe vue à 360° sur les mers . Appartement propre et bien équipé. Malgré la piscine fermée (covid) des douches sont disponibles pour se rincer à l'entrée de la résidence.Une place de parking à l'ombre et bien placée très appréciable par ces fortes chaleurs.Malgré quelques petits détails sans grande importance nous y reviendrons les yeux fermés. un big-up à Daniel pour son accueil ,ses informations,sa disponibilité et sa gentillesse.

No cumplen con lo acordado, mentiras y más mentiras

Hola, teníamos reservado 7 noches y solo hicimos 2, después de hacernos más de 600 km., volvimos a casa.Importante: La piscina está cerrada x Covid, aún habiendo preguntado al propietario en 2 ocasiones lo tengo por escrito y haciéndole saber que era Imprescindible para nosotros la piscina, NOS ENGAÑÓ, dijo que estaba abierta y que no había ninguna rescticción, cuando llegamos la persona "responsable" en entregarnos las llaves, ya nos dijo que estaba cerrada. Al enviar wapsap al propietario dando las quejas, de eso, de la falta de limpieza, tampoco nos dejaron sabanas para la cama de matrimonio que es de 135 cm., tampoco funciona el Aire Acondicionado del comedor, y se ve que no funciona de hace mucho tiempo, así que otra mentira, quiten del anuncio que dispone de aire acondicionado en el comedor......El propietario me quiso engañar de nuevo diciendo que si la piscina estaba cerrada era por culpa de las autoridades españolas, y tal y como le dije, que eso no funciona así, que es una decisión de la comunidad, así que de nuevo Miente, de haber sabido esto no hubiera alquilado este apartamento. No me ofreció ningún descuento aunque yo le dije que me quería ir directamente, y de nuevo otra mentira, me dijo que me devolvería 400 euros, así que las 2 noches me costarían 39 euros, precio correcto dado gran inconveniente y me dijo que no dijera nada yo a Vrbo.a la plataforma esta, y eso hice dado que después de pasar el mal trago 39 euros por 2 noches no me parecía mal, pero la sorpresa/de nuevo nueva mentira, llegó el día que nos ibamos que dice que me cobraría 100 euros más osea 139 por 2 noches (Mucho más caro que 1 hotel de 4 estrellas) por mal dormir, ya que es lo único que hicimos, ni tan siquiera preparamos 1 desayuno, sinceramente nos daba ASCO, como estaba todo, en lo que a la limpieza se refiere.Sillas con cagadas de pajaros, pelos por todos los sitios, water, platos, etc., tengo fotos de todo., sorprendida por los buenos comentarios que habían, no me lo podía creer.No lo aconsejo para nada, y sin piscina menos, por eso nos volvimos, menor mal que veníamos de otro apartamento que fue estupendo, así que hemos acabado las vacaciones 5 días antes de lo previsto por culpa de un propietario impresentable al igual que la persona que nos entregó las llaves que ni nos acompañó al piso, (nos dió las llaves abajo en el parking), tampoco sabía nada, de donde estaban las cosas, supongo que por ese motivo no quiso subir, diciendo que era su día libre....
